There’s been a fairly consistent two-tier justice system approach nationwide to pro-Israel and pro-Hamas activism. While it popped up most obviously at UCLA where multiple terror supporters attacked Jewish students and community members, and only when the Jews fought back, was there suddenly action, and at the Adas Torah synagogue attack, where the only arrest made was of a Jewish community members, it’s been fairly consistent nationwide. The only person arrested for ‘rhetoric’ was a pro-Israel man in New York despite numerous incidents of threats and abuse by terrorist supporters. Local law enforcement initially tried to bury the killing of a Jewish man at a pro-Israel rally in California. But this incident out of Massachusetts is worse.

There is clear video of a terrorist supporter, Caleb Gannon, wearing a terrorist flag pin, running across the street and assaulting Scott Hayes, an Iraq War vet, at a pro-Israel rally.

Gannon had allegedly tweeted before, “I don’t condemn Hamas” and “the United States government is a rogue terrorist organization” and “all police precincts, military bases and government offices must be liquidated”.
He retweeted a threatening message stating, “Zionists should feel unsafe everywhere.”
Hayes fought back against the violent assault, perhaps he did not want to end up like Paul Kessler who was murdered at a protest in California, and Gannon was shot in the process. Hayes, who was also seriously injured, still provided first aid to the wounded terrorist supporter.
Gannon was not charged with anything for his assault which was caught on video. Hayes however was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and violation of a constitutional right causing injury.
Hayes was the one who was assaulted but Middlesex County DA Marian Ryan chose to pretend that a terrorist supporter assaulting a man is a “constitutional right”, but fighting back isn’t.
And Hayes had been assaulted for attending pro-Israel rallies before this.
This is yet another outrageous case of pro-crime DAs criminalizing self-defense. It’s also a case of pro-Israel protests being given the two-tier treatment. The fact that Gannon wasn’t charged with anything says it all.
Supporters of Hayes have set up a GoFundMe to raise money for his medical care and legal defense. (I have to warn you though that GFM has a history of shutting down fundraisers for non-leftist causes.)
The Red-Green alliance has thoroughly infiltrated and corrupted government and social functions in Massachusetts, just as it has in many other blue cities and states. Their influence extends to many of the higher ed institutions in the state, including in particular Harvard University. Hamas supporters and their Democrat fellow travelers are provided the top tier of a two-tier just-us system.
The police are nothing more than a security force for the communists in the federal government.

The police still arrested him and booked him. According to the article, there is no indication the police arrested the pro-Hamas person for assault and battery or for denying another person his civil right to free speech and assembly. These police are part of the problem just like other police who sit around when leftists riot and only arrest people resisting the leftists. The police could have made the arrest and forced the DA to dismiss the charges; the police are providing cover to leftist prosecutors in exchange for a big paycheck and pension.

Though the video of the assault was already out there, the DA pretended she hadn’t seen it. That Hayes was arrested at all was a travesty of justice. She says they don’t know what happened yet she’s arraigning Hayes. From the video evidence, she has to walk it back.
This situation brings many much larger questions to the fore. The first is obviously the genocide scam. This clown was radicalized by his peer group which is supported by the media and/or funds from Qatar. That situation at least makes sense. Outside finances have always run the government but now it is totally blatant.
What it also reveals is that the level of intelligence and emotional stability of these non producing types is very low. How long will the producing people that support the non producing back end of our culture continue the current system?
Financing for our political class and therefore our justice system from Qatar and the WEF and China have lowered the unity of our country and our ideals to an unsustainable level. We were always under the illusion of justice for all. Not anymore. The seams of society are under more strain as each of these horrible revelations occur. More people are opting out and I believe the end is in sight.

In March 2016 in Caetano v. Massachusetts, the United States Supreme Court reversed the conviction of a woman who had protected herself against her abusive and violent ex-boyfriend with a stun-gun. In a concurring opinion, Justice Samuel Alito, a former federal prosecutor, criticized the decision by Middlesex County DA Marian Ryan’s office to prosecute the woman.
The interesting thing I see is the crowd that says you can be anti Zionist but not antisemitism. That might be true, but then why are Jewish students facing harassment and assault on almost a daily basis in the US and on college campuses?
Why aren’t Russian/Christian students being attacked or harassed for Putin invading Ukraine?

Self defense is now a felony crime…especially in jurisdictions run by known politicians with a D after their names. Self defense violates the rights of the criminal.
