Fact check. Fully accurate.
Senator Bernie Sanders falsely accused Israel of killing 10,000 innocent people in Gaza. He has never apologized for this blood libel. Instead he’s doubled down on more smears and attacks of the Jewish State. His campaign is filled with bigots and Jew-haters.
Here’s a typical example from Belen Sisa, his illegal alien deputy press secretary, who continues to be employed by his campaign.
“This is a serious question: do you not think that the American government and American Jewish community has a dual allegiance to the state of Israel? I’m asking not to rule out the history of this issue, but in the context in which this was said by Ilhan.”
The media whitewashes all this stuff.
There’s been zero media coverage of an appearance at a Bernie rally by Imam Omar Suleiman who said that Zionists are the enemies of Allah.
Earlier in the conflict, Omar had tweeted, “God willing on this blessed night as the 3rd Intifada begins, the beginning of the end of Zionism is here. May Allah help us overcome this monster, protect the innocent of the world, and accept the murdered as martyrs. ameen #48kMarch #3rdIntifada.”
A year before his Hamas outrage, Imam Suleiman had claimed in a YouTube video that, “If it was not for Bani Israel, meat would not decay.”
Zero media coverage.
But the media is already going after Danny Dannon, Israel’s UN ambassador, for calling out Bernie Sanders as an “ignorant fool” and a “liar”.
“Anyone who calls our prime minister a ‘racist’ is either a liar, an ignorant fool, or both,” Dannon was, if anything, being too nice.
Meanwhile the media has no problem with Sanders repeatedly insulting the head of the Israeli government.
Let’s try for some consistency here.
If it’s okay for Sanders to insult Netanyahu, it’s okay for Dannon to insult Sanders.
The media can’t have it both ways, no matter how much it wants to.
