The 2023 death toll in Israel is now up to 17. The latest casualties include Rina and Maia Dee, two sisters, 15 and 20 years old, who were British citizens. Their mother is reported as being in serious condition.
A number of British tourists were wounded and an Italian tourist killed in another Islamic car-ramming terror attack. The terrorist drove along the beach boardwalk hitting people as he went.
When I previously wrote about the effect of Biden’s foreign aid and political support to the PLO, I noted the sharp rise in casualties that came with that policy.
In Feb 2019, President Trump’s total cutoff of aid became official. That year, 10 Israelis or people in Israeli controlled areas were killed in stabbings, shootings, rocket and other attacks, down from 12 the previous year, and 15 in 2017, and 16 in 2016.
In 2020 only three Israelis were killed.
In April 2021, the Biden administration restored aid to the PLO. By the time the year was over, 17 people in Israeli areas had been killed
The current death toll is already up to 17 and we’re just at the beginning of April. That’s more than even the last years of the Obama administration. But that’s because the Biden administration has been even more aggressive in its political support for the terrorists and embedding terrorist supporters like Hady Amr in key positions.
