Compulsive plagiarist Joe Biden barely has a working brain. But he will put the leftovers of that brain to use challenging questioners to IQ competitions.

Here’s Joe, bald and brassy, while running for Senate in 1988, lying about his academic record and challenging his questioner, somebody named Frank, to an IQ competition.

 

And, all these years later, in 2019, Joe is at it again, “Let’s take an IQ test,” he declares.

Does Joe 30330 really want to go there? Apparently he does.

Maybe somebody ought to ask him to name the state he’s in. That ought to do it.

Biden insists that his son Hunter did nothing wrong. Anyone who believes that has a lower IQ than Joe.
