After fluttering around different arguments and positions “joy”, “turn the page” and “protecting democracy”, the Kamala campaign has settled on abortion as its final closing argument.
Faced with severe challenges among male voters, the Kamala campaign has settled on its own gender election, speaking to men purely in relation to women, as Michelle Obama did, demanding that men take the ‘lives’ of women seriously by protecting abortion. Men are inherently depicted as either abusers, who vote Trump or defenders who ‘protect’ women by voting for Kamala.
With days to go, that’s the strategy everything is resting on for Kamala.
The virtue here is that it is a coherent, if quite underwhelming argument, to most of the country.
The Kamala campaign decided that it couldn’t win over voters on the economy and is barely even trying. It’s going to take whatever numbers it can get among men and call it a day. It will focus all its efforts on turning out liberal women, mostly in the suburbs, concerned about abortion in large enough numbers to win.
The strategy is similar to the one that worked for the Democrats in 2022. Faced with widespread public dissatisfaction, it ignored the dissatisfied and focused on abortion. It worked then. Can it work again?
One basic difference between a midterm and a general election is that only motivated voters turn out for the midterms. Turnout for a presidential election is expected to be much higher. And while the Dems blunted a large red wave in 2022, a narrow election requires much narrower margins.
But bereft of any other ideas or any larger vision, Kamala bet everything on abortion. Forget joy, it’s time to kill the babies.
‘The Truth About Kamala’ is a serious look by the Freedom Center Investigates project at Kamala, her past, her origins, and her associates.
It’s the story of who she really is, what she’s done, and what she stands for.
Jeff Bargholz says
Happy, happy, joy, joy, kill a baby boy, oy. “Steempy, you eediot!”
What a deranged campaign tactic. Appeal to the psychotic murderesses who were already going to vote for a menopausal vagina and dead babies. Khlamydia and her handlers haven’t changed a SINGLE person’s mind. She already had female supremacists, baby haters and nutless male fem-boys in the bag.
As if lesbians are going to get pregnant accidentally and their votes or opinions matter.
Algorithmic Analyst says
I know those abortion rights people are fanatical. I don’t dare even mention anything related to that topic to them.
Jeff Bargholz says
You’re wise to be cautious. I say stuff about abortion and how they need to STFU to the bitches all the time but I think I have a death wish. One day, one of them is going to get me.
Intrepid says
When it comes to the support of the atheists and baby killers, Kammy can certainly count on the sickos. Hopefully that is the full extent except for the faux intellectuals.

To be fair Intrepid …
I’m pretty sure most atheists are voting for Trump.
While all of the Harris voters are Atheists, Muslims, or too mentally limited to understand their religion …
I think Trump has a majority of every segment of society except …
Government employees, teachers, pedophiles, and recent criminal invaders.
Heck – here in Texas even my “illegal” neighbors support Trump. (Because they don’t want the drug gangs killing their kids.)

Abortion does really cover everything for Harris et al. It covers everything literal from fetuses to full term infants and everything figurative from Americans and America to Jews and the State of Israel.
Steve Kardas says
That abhorrent spectacle at Harris’s Houston event featured a group of “doctors” in white coats speaking about how they have absolutely no problem to murder babies even as they emerge at the time of birth. So….um….who’s really acting like nazis here ? Just on the face of it this staged display with the white coats to portray some sort of twisted legitimacy is so disgusting it defies description. The democratic party campaign slogan ad nauseum is: “The Babies Must Die ! Kill ! Kill! Kill!” Strange times indeed when killing and death is a political movement, in America no less.
CowboyUp says
My favorite part was when someone in the crowd had a medical emergency, and they all just stood around looking at each other clueless. You could hear “Is there a doctor in the house?” running through their beady brains, but they managed the self awareness to not shout it.

and PLANNED PARENTHOOD BABY GENOCIDE EMPIRE bets everything on Kamala!
What would happen to America if we valued life?
And the Democrat Party’s Doctrine is open borders for millions of pregnant Dem voting illegals.
According to Bobby Kennedy, border town clinics are so packed with birthing illegals there is no room for legals having babies.
The County of Los Angeles hands out $1.5 BILLION yearly for the Dem ACHOR BABIES FOR 18 YEARS OF WELFARE program.
Dr. Larry says
This is the one issue more responsible for preventing Republican majorities than any other issue.
If Republicans were philosophically consistent and wanted government, especially the Federal government, out of all person moral decisions, they would have to believe that this is a First Amendment right to freedom of religion.
There can be no scientific basis for deciding when personhood begins as it is not a scientific question. We can as a society decide this. Some of the options are fertilization, heartbeat, EEG activity, viability outside the womb, either with or without medical life support or birth. These issues must now be decided by individual states.
Fortunately, because of the Supreme Court Dobb’s decision, we as Republicans should be rejoicing that this is now a states’ rights issue and not a Federal issue. Since this now a states’ rights issue we should have been countering the Democrats disingenuous campaigning that Republicans will seek a Federal ban on abortion. Since the Supreme Court has ruled it isn’t subject to a Federal law, banning abortion nationally would need a Constitutional amendment, which is virtually impossible.
CTripps says
You give far too much credit to the voting masses ability to reason based logic.
The American mind has snapped.
CowboyUp says
In biology, a new life begins when two half sets of chromosomes combine to form a new and unique full set of chromosomes. That’s also the standard for endangered species protections. The mother isn’t killing herself, she’s killing another individual human.
There’s nothing philosophically inconsistent with protecting an individual life that is dependent on another. You’re absolutely right about the political cost, and it doesn’t even make my top 10 political priorities, but I see no way around the biological facts and moral imperatives.
danknight says
Well, as an attorney, …
I assure you that you are just a clump of cells with no personhood.
It would be extremely difficult to prove otherwise without biology.
That you post ” can be no scientific basis for deciding when personhood begins”
The only basis for ‘personhood” – that cannot be erased by a court influenced by political ideology – is biology.
Once the baby killers defeat the pro-life movement, there is no moral or ethical basis for stopping euthanasia of “life unworthy of life.”
Personally I am not a fan of the “personhood” argument because I’ve been on the business end of the “protected classification” racket for 60+ years. So I am well aware of the selective “morals” of the Left.
CTripps says
That is all that matters to many many women.
This election outcome may well be decided by hate and speaks volumes as to the character of the nation.
Cat says
The issue is never the issues. The issue is the revolution ( did I get the quote correct?).
No one is killing women in back alleys with coat hangers. But some women don’t know that.
danknight says
You’re right, but it’s also irrelevant.
Baby killers are voting for Trump. Some pro-lifers are not voting for Trump.
Abortion affects no other voters. Trump could switch to pro-choice and lose millions of votes, but if he switched to a harder pro-life stance such as Desantis he will not lose any significant segment of voters.
The exceptions could all ride a short bus to our local Whataburger.
Sorry about being short, but we saw this ‘abortion’ explains away obvious cheating nonsense in many elections.
In the governor’s race in Kansas in 2002. e.g., Kathleen Sebelius – a vegetable on par with Brandon -defeated Hit*ler – I mean Tim Shallenburger – allegedly because of “abortion.”
Nonsense. It was obvious midnight cheating by Johnson county.
The Democrats trot out abortion to explain away cheating because it seems plausible to people who don’t have access to the data.

“the Kamala campaign has settled on abortion as its final closing argument.”
Was there any doubt?
Nothing must interfere with the sacrifices to Moloch.
Jeff Bargholz says
The sickest thing is that there are a bunch of broads who based their votes on killing babies. A tiny percentage of the population to be sure but still more than enough to be disturbing.
