California has been in a state of ‘cold insurrection’ for years now. Its governors have signed treaties with foreign and enemy governments, especially China, they’ve banned law enforcement from cooperating with federal authorities, and they’ve now crossed the streams and combined the two, by collaborating with foreign governments to stop the enforcement of federal immigration law.
How much of this has to go on before the federal government declares that California is in a state of insurrection?
The new chief of the Los Angeles police force said his department is working with consulate offices for Mexico and other Central American countries to draft a plan to protect immigrants ahead of the Trump administration’s plans for mass deportations.
Rather than protecting residents from illegal alien criminals, Chief Jim McDonnell will work with foreign governments to protect illegal alien criminals from the federal government.
Any immigration enforcement would be “undercutting our primary mission, which is to be able to build public trust to work with every member of all of our communities, to be able to have hope that people will come forward if they were a victim of crime, a witness to a crime,” McDonnell said.
The department plans to work with the consulates to create and circulate a video explaining their policies to the immigrant community and alleviating their concerns.
The primary mission is to arrest criminals. California blocks police officers from handing over illegal alien criminals to federal authorities. The priority for deportation will be illegal alien criminals. That’s whom McDonnell is committed to protecting. And he’s coordinating with foreign governments to inform illegal aliens that the LAPD has their back against the United States government.
How many things are wrong with this picture? How many of these would have been tolerated in the 1850s or the 1950s? What will it take to restore the rule of law again to California?

Have him arrested on DAY TWO – let us bask in the warmth and JOY of DAY ONE! You’d think what he has done falls within the definition of TREASON, but are those Nations “enemies”? For sure, DAY TWO should bring the case of General Milley to the forefront! He needs to be RECALLED, ARRESTED, PROSECUTED for TREASON, and SENTENCED! Anyone who assisted Milley should be sitting at the table with him and in a CELL next to him! We cannot allow TREASON to be a “political statement”!!
Boldly and fearlessly arrest the Governor and charge him with obstruction of justice. Of course that AFTER the DOJ is cleaned out, Garland is out, and real law men are running the DOJ.
Each and every official that obstructs a federal law must be charged and sent to prison if guilty. Each employee who breaks the laws of the USA by obeying an illegal order must be charged. They should also suffer but only a suspended sentence for the first charge. Subsequent charges would carry the full weight. Also each official who breaks federal law should be charged as an individual so the entity he/she/it/gerbil represents will not pay for his crimes. For example the mayor of a sanctuary city like Chicago, might be fined 100k. The taxpayers should not pay his fine, the mayor should be personally responsible.
In western Ca., at least, that bear image in the flag should include a hefty pile of bear excrement, as well.
I retired from LASD when Jim McDonnell was a one term elected sheriff – Police chiefs are appointed by mayors and city councils. So who is Jim McDonnell cow towing and beholding to? In the case of LA, the lawless LawFare that uses homeless for money laundering if not RICO Ponzi schemes.

There is no return on our tax dollars giving aid to natural or man made disaster victims in USA.

His actions are treason, can not be pardoned, and the sentence should be his final destination.

This is what is wrong with America today. Adults are not in charge. This guy is going to be a target of the new administration, and all will not end well for him. There is no excuse for those leaders who undermine the safety of those they are paid to protect. The California liberal mindset is destructive for the residents of their state because they ignore the danger that the illegals pose to their communities. It is like a contest to see who can “out liberal” the next guy. Why is this guy drawing a salary if he cannot do the job that he was hired for? California is a wasteland of stupid ideas implemented by naive people.
Block all $$$s that flow from D.C. to Sacramento and watch how fast McDonnell starts behaving himself.
