In one of the complaints, [Robert] Jackson claims that he is suing for “false pretense of shoplifting” that occurred in March 2021 at a Walmart store in Omaha, Nebraska.
Jackson said in a separate complaint filed the same day that he suffered “civil rights violations based on race/color” at the Nebraska Walmart.
Both of Jackson’s suits request relief up to $100 million or “unlimited free lifetime shopping at any Walmart,” additionally asking that any court fees be paid by the defendant on the plaintiff’s behalf.
Jackson’s 2021 lawsuit says that he sustained injuries such as headaches and chest pain from the emotional stress of the incident as well as “frequent pain from too tight handcuffs of being detained.”
Sure it’s easy to laugh, but wait until Ben Crump or Al Sharpton get involved.
William J. Barber II is in the midst of a dispute with AMC movie theaters because he claims that when he went to see The Color Purple, he had his assistant bring a chair along because he can’t sit in movie theater chairs, and he was forbidden from doing that, and then got into an argument with staff. The CEO of AMC called him, Barber II held a press conference and has a lawyer. I can only imagine how much blood money he’ll extract from AMC for that chair argument.
Maybe AMC can give him free lifetime movies.

It’s called GAMING THE SYSTEM, and as long as our idiotic legal and judicial systems allows this nonsense, it will continue. One of Robert and William’s ‘brothers’, one Robert Perry, a convicted pedophile, was sentenced to life in prison in April for the sexual assault of a 7 year old girl. Perry immediately changed his pronouns to “she/her” following sentencing and under US Attorney General Merrick Garland’s current policies, he’s off to a women’s medium security prison.
Perhaps Merrick Garland himself should take Perry’s place in a supermax. THAT punishment would fit the crime.
Just imagine a Gangsta Rap version of “Let’s Make A Deal.” Behind Door No. 1: Lifetime tenure as Harvard’s token token; Behind Door No. 2: Lifetime immunity from theft charges by Walmart; Behind Door No. 3: lifetime supply of blow-up Haitian lesbian dolls. Come on down, Sharpton, Crump, Jackson, and y’all– “The Price Is Right.”
And you put up this idiocy, WHY? Who gives a royal sh!t what happens to a shoplifter? Any judge who hears those two cases need to be thrown off the bench. Either they prosecute criminals or we will have to because there is no jail time coming from the Justice System for those thumbing their noses at America’s WOKENESS.
If we Americans are left up to our own devices we don’t want to hear from the sniveling left socialist that we must be more caring toward the indigent. Horse pucky If they try stealing in our neighborhood they will be shot.
The truth is that he’ll probably demand a jury, which will be made up largely of blacks and stupid white woman, and be awarded a ton of money. That’s how this grift works.

There must be a whole new breed of attorney out there, who look for and find straw men to use to defraud America and American businesses.
Sorry to have to point this out but anybody can get “unlimited free lifetime shopping at any Walmart” just by moving to California, especially San Francisco; also Target, Starbucks, Nordstrom etc.
What is most terrifying about this report is not that some nut plays the race card to win the lottery.
It’s that some leftist judge will actually take him seriously and award him free shopping for life.
Because, you know, systemic racism and stuff.
Any attorney willing to represent this fraud should be disbarred.
This is the same kind of fraudulent legal activities that the DEMOcrats (HYPOCRITES) are engaged in with PRESIDENT TRUMP! NOTHING but senseless crap that wastes court time and does NOTHING constructive! Judges should toss this crap immediately and have the ethics committee have a talk with the lawyers involved!
Not even Al Sharpton wants Walmart put out of business. Too many Blacks work there.
