A brief recap.

Mayor Eric Adams of New York City did a media tour falsely accusing Texas Gov. Abbott and Arizona Gov. Ducey of busing illegal aliens to New York City and overwhelming the social services system in the failed city. Gov. Abbott responded by denying that he was busing aliens to New York City, but since Adams had attacked Texas, was going to go ahead and start busing illegals to New York City. Adams then went down to welcome the illegals while claiming that busing them was morally wrong.

The media breathlessly reported that the Abbott buses had overwhelmed NYC with a whole 900 illegal aliens.

That never passed the smell test. There were clearly a lot more illegals than that and they were being transported by the Biden administration.

Jennie Taer has the smoking gun.

The city government of El Paso, Texas, is busing illegal migrants to the Big Apple on the dime of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Deputy City Manager Mario D’Agostino told the DCNF Monday. The federal agency covers the travel costs of illegal migrants through a grant program.

Did Adams really not know that it was FEMA? But that’s a drop in the bucket.

The Biden administration is moving a lot of illegal aliens around the country. Outside D.C., where I suspect the government isn’t busing illegal aliens for the same reason that the Soviet government distributed milk tainted by radiation after Chernobyl to all of Russia except Moscow, most of the busing action is driven by the federal government.

Either Mayor Adams knew that and lied about it. Or he didn’t know and he’s a clown. Pick a card, any card. Everyone is a winner.
