The AP wire story marking 10 years of Black Lives Matter not only ignores the conservative and moderate criticisms of the racist movement, but virtually every significant development in the last few years during which the national organization collapsed, mainstream media investigations revealed money being siphoned off for the personal benefit of its leaders and BLM turning into an ugly civil war between key figures.
The AP story focuses on Melina Abdullah, the half-black and antisemitic LA BLM figure, without actually mentioning her lawsuit against BLM leaders and the fact that a judge recently threw it out.
Instead, the AP’s coverage includes this somewhat baffling sentence, “But just three years into its existence, all but one of the founders remained involved in the movement’s burgeoning organization.”
And the massive scandal, the lawsuits, and California banning BLM from fundraising is encompassed in this concisely misleading sentence. “Amid disputes with grassroots activists about the direction of the movement organization, the Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation Inc. has been steward over a charitable endowment worth tens of millions of dollars.”
How misleading is that sentence? Let’s look at the current state of BLM’s finances.
Black Lives Matter ended last year with a nearly $9 million deficit — while still paying out millions to organizers as well as relatives of controversial co-founder Patrisse Cullors. Tax documents posted online show that BLM’s Global Network Foundation ended the financial year in the red to the tune of $8,559,748.
These are not just the usual media lies about BLM, that it’s a non-violent social justice protest group, while failing to report that its race riots devastated America and killed innocent people, but even materials about the organization’s financial controversies that were widely reported by the media are not here.
Reading the article you would come away with the impression that BLM is conducting business as usual.
A decade in and the media still won’t stop lying about BLM.
American blacks. Many of them are worse than Zimbabweans.
Black Lies Murder is a black supremacist, terrorist, insurrectionist group, and always has been. They all deserve to be executed, starting with Cullors.
They don’t stick together like La Raza does.
Oh, those beaners stick together, boy. I once was threatened by a pack of black lowlifes in the Douglas County jail in Omaha, and I yelled “La Raza!” and the Chicans came running to my defense. The blacks didn’t want any part of them. They were quick to gang up on a white guy but not so quick to stand together against opponents who did stand together.
Illegal aliens like me for some reason. They come up to me and start chattering in that rapid fire Spanish they speak. They think I’m a Criollo from Ciudad de Mexico. They say so. I’m not, but I have to admit, even though they don’t belong in this country, I tend to get along with them.
The Associated Press is as useless as a bent male sex organ. It’s become totally political but masquerades as a valid source of news and information.
