The science is clear.

1. Protests in support of leftist causes don’t spread the virus. Or the cause, like Black Lives Matter, is more urgent than the coronavirus.

2. Protests against pandemic lockdowns or against any left-wing regime are dangerous and must be suppressed lest they spread the virus.

Cuban protests risk exacerbating COVID-19 spike – PAHO – Reuters

Protests in Cuba will increase the risk of COVID-19 transmission because of an already high level of cases and the more contagious Delta variant, health officials said on Wednesday.

The Pan American Health Organization (PAHO) urged Cubans and tourists visiting the Caribbean nation to avoid crowds, wear masks and frequently wash hands.

PAHO has been notorious for being in Cuba’s pocket. Here’s Reuters reporting on that fact.

Several doctors who were part of Cuba’s program but left filed a federal lawsuit in Florida last year against the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO), an international agency that brokered Cuba’s arrangement with Brazil.

The doctors said PAHO, a division of the World Health Organization, was enabling the trafficking of medical professionals.

“We were undocumented,” she said at the State Department’s news conference. “If anything happened to us, we got hurt, we died … nobody would know our identity.”

Nearly all of the doctors’ earnings were sent back to Cuba where they were frozen in accounts that they could not access until they completed their missions, she said.

“We were basically being trafficked, and we were victims and exploited by the Cuban government,” she said.

But this time around Reuters doesn’t bother informing reads of Paho’s relationship with the Cuban terrorist regime. Instead it concern trolls protesters with pandemic theater even as, unlike BLM rioters, they’re actually facing torture, imprisonment, or death.
