Assuming a federal judge in a Trump trial is biased because of his or her appointment or associations is deeply wrong and the basis for perpetual gag orders… if the judge is biased against Trump. But if the judge isn’t going with the program and actually asking prosecutors basic questions about the new innovative legal strategy that involves charging and trying Trump in ways that have never been done before, then she must be destroyed.
That’s been the Democrat party and its allied media strategy towards Judge Aileen Cannon whose crime was not rubber stamping the banana republic nonsense and substack legal strategies being used to go after Trump. The media has spent almost as much time going after Judge Cannon as it has Justice Thomas with obsessive conspiracy theories and supposition-heavy conspiratorial arguments.
And while you might think that the media would give it a break when it came to Judge Cannon presiding over the trial of the second Trump assassin (the first assassin’s trial may be held in a different venue), it’s important to understand that the media’s story assignments come from…
- the White House
- Donor think tanks
- Whatever crazy stuff is trending on lefty social media
And so here we go.
The federal judge who presided over — and threw out — the criminal classified documents case the Justice Department brought against Donald Trump is now set to oversee the case into the latest apparent assassination attempt against the former president.
And?
Cannon faced scrutiny over her rulings and made headlines over clashes with prosecutors or issuing decisions many legal experts find puzzling.
So the media is worried that Judge Cannon will be unfair to the guy who left behind a note admitting that he wanted to assassinate Trump.

“I bet she will be very hard on him for trying to kill her ticket to the Supreme Court! The guy is sick and deserves to be punished, but his lawyer should look to get her removed based on her overt bias for trump.”

This is whom the media is pandering to.
Just unbelievable headline, but accurate. Is it possible to reclaim this once great Country? I have my doubts.
I’m doubting the country was ever great, and I mean the government, too many good dead people because of fat ass scum cowards sitting behind desks.
Well that’s not crazy or anything. She threw out the charges because the special prosecutor was not already a Congressionally confirmed U.S. attorney and his appointment viz Trump was not Congressionally confirmed and was appointed by Garland without statutory authority. But I guess when you are after Trump the actual law doesn’t matter and all judicial rulings MUST go against him.
Well you know…..the narrative for 8 years is that Donald Trump had it coming….. Victor Davis Hanson described it accurately as “Assassination Porn.”
