Hey, when your bro got to the White House and became fantastically wealthy by screaming “racism” non-stop, it’s bound to create some Mau-Mauing envy.

Michelle Obama’s brother and his wife filed a lawsuit alleging racial bias at a Milwaukee private school, saying that when they raised concerns, the school retaliated by expelling their sons.

Craig and Kelly Robinson said on Good Morning America Tuesday that their two sons were expelled from University School Milwaukee after the parents conveyed their concerns about alleged bias and mistreatment of students of color.

In a public letter to the USM community, the Robinsons said they noticed the problems when they helped their sons during pandemic virtual schooling.

“We were surprised and troubled by the repeated use of racial and ethnic stereotypes in certain assignments. We also witnessed a disregard for children who were not physically present in class and an apparent insensitivity to socio-economic status — an issue that was put in stark relief during the pandemic,” the Robinsons wrote.

The University School Milwaukee is a $20K a year woke private school that makes a point of enrolling poor kids. But I doubt that would include the Robinsons. Their entire lawsuit raises the question of whether you can be accused of being a ‘Karen’ if you’re married to Obama’s brother-in-law.

Craig is a Princeton grad with an MBA who was a bank VP and a bond trader. He currently works as an analyst at ESPN. In short, he’s doing well for himself despite the crushing burden of systemic racism that prevents anyone from getting ahead without a whole lot of equity.

Speaking of equity, USM’s got it.

“While USM has a PK-12 Director of Equity and Student Success, Dr. Gina Haughton, our work in justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI) is a shared responsibility by everyone in our community. We believe cultural competency is a requirement for every administrator, faculty, and staff member, and our JEDI work is reflected throughout our USM guiding principles.”

But folks, you can never be too woke. Being woke just means the Mau-Mauers come for you first.

If the Robinsons extract any blood money from the school, it will go toward more “equity”.

The Robinsons are suing for financial compensation but said in their letter any money they receive as a result of the lawsuit would be put toward initiatives designed to promote diversity, equity and inclusion in schools.

Equity is like COVID. It spreads and you get more of it. Hopefully everyone develops a natural immunity to it because there’s no vaccine except common sense.
