The migrant border riot in which the invading illegals attacked anyone standing in their way and tore down a border fence was as clear an example of an invasion as you can get.
The migrants involved in the riot tore down border wire erected by the state, knocking down soldiers as they rushed to Gate 36, hoping Border Patrol agents on the other side would take them into custody and allow them into the US.
Shortly before the border rush, soldiers in the area began turning small groups of single adult migrants back toward Mexico.
That’s when they became agitated and decided to rush the guardsmen.
Authorities later confiscated knives and shanks from some of those involved in the riot, according to a National Guard source.
At least one migrant had also attempted to grab a soldier’s firearm during the incident.
So the presiding magistrate in the case decided to set them loose.
Presiding Magistrate Judge Humberto Acosta ruled during a bond hearing that migrants charged with “riot participation” would be set free following the shocking riot along the Rio Grande 10 days ago, according to the El Paso Times.
Acosta decided to release them after claiming the El Paso District Attorney’s Office was not ready to go forward with detention hearings for each defendant, the paper said.
“It is the ruling of the court that all the rioting participation cases will be released on their own recognizance,” Acosta stated during the virtual conference, according to the newspaper.
When it comes to border invaders, “released on their own recognizance” is slang for “they can go anywhere they want in the country and are unlikely to ever show up in court again unless they have family ties in the area.”
But, just as treason never prospers for if it doth prosper, none dare call it treason, the illegal alien invasion never prospers for if it does, we outlaw the term “illegal alien” and release the invaders on their own recognizance.

The invaders can easily be repelled if the political authorities support the soldiers and the rules of engagement permit the use of appropriate weapons and tactics. Using non-lethal gas for example.
Also, the initial fence needs to be more robust, since the invaders just want to set foot on USA territory and be arrested, knowing a Democrat judge will set them free into USA territory, where they can go to any state they want.
So maybe the fences ought to be moved twenty or so feet into Mexican territory so that the invaders can’t set foot on US soil. If the Mexicans complain, tell them to stop it.
Hold the Judge Liable for any crimes they commit give the Judge time behind bars and civil liability
The Biden administration is supporting an invasion. The judge released the arrested invaders who engaged in violence. The were not held with or without bail, despite the fact that they will never show up again. The records of the rioters are not likely to be used against them ever. Noticing this is more likely to be dealt with by the Biden administration than a real crime.
“Presiding Magistrate Judge Humberto Acosta”? Might this name be a hint as to His Honor’s actual loyalties, or is one not permitted to ask such a question?
