The favorite immigrant gang of the Democrat illegal caucus strikes again. And, as usual, in another state that protects illegal aliens.

The slaying of a man whose near-naked body was discovered in a Queens bird sanctuary is believed to be connected to the notorious gang MS-13, cops said Sunday.

Yonathan Sanchez, 22, Carlos Guerra, 18 — as well as a 15-year-old boy and 13-year-old girl who cops declined to identify — were charged with second-degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon in connection to the slaying of Ian Cruz, 23.

All five of them are believed to members of the gang, or associated with it in some capacity, police sources said.

The New York Times account describes a teenage girl being used to lure Cruz, the victim, so that he could be killed by the alleged MS-13 gang members.
