Anyway this one calls for desegregating women’s sports by letting men play.

As bad as that take is, at least it doesn’t involve child sex robots. Give NBC News some credit. It can always dig deeper than anyone can imagine.

Women’s sports are situated at a paradoxical intersection wherein sex segregation is upheld through claims of biological difference, yet equality is prefaced on being treated the same and given the same opportunities as men. If we are to change this, we need to ask some important questions. How does one advocate for equitable treatment while also adhering to the notion of biological difference?

In other questions that a robot with no understanding of human realities would ask. You can have equitable treatment for people who don’t have the same makeup or abilities. Children don’t play in adult leagues. I don’t try to race horses on foot. Sports have rules that are meant to allow people to compete. Fairly.

And if we’ve decided that biological differences were invented by dead white male slave owners, then there should be no more women’s sports. Like Jackie Robinson, Mr. Will Thomas is leading the way in desegregating women’s sports so all the boys can play. Women should be grateful. Wait, why aren’t they grateful?
