As I have pointed out time and time again, BLM riots are timed for election years. No drug dealers, violent thugs or nutters ever get shot during off years. And with an election coming up and a sorta partly black presidential candidate who used to listen to ‘Salt n’ Pepper’ on the ballot, it’s time for some BLMing.
If Kamala can get Israel to stop fighting Hamas and get the rioters to pivot over to BLM, she can recreate the glory days of 2020. There needs to be another George Floyd. But that’s a minor detail.
And there are candidates inbound.
On Friday, Vice President Kamala Harris called the family of Sonya Massey, a 36-year-old Black woman who was fatally shot by a sheriff’s deputy in her Illinois home, according to Massey’s family members who spoke to NBC News.
“It’s made me feel a lot better today,” James Wilburn, Massey’s father, said. “She gave us her heartfelt condolences, and she let us know that she is with us 100%, that this senseless killing must stop.”
I have spent a lot of time writing and reporting on BLM cases and Massey is probably the only sympathetic case so far. That doesn’t mean it’s justified. But it is a case of a woman undergoing a mental episode who called the police. And who was not committing a crime or armed with a normative weapon.
While social workers are not the answer for criminals, this was an actual mental health crisis.
That said, the shooting is complicated. The officer believed that Massey, who was behaving erratically and saying strange things, was about to hurl boiling water in his face. He didn’t react properly to the situation or provide proper warnings beforehand. But no one can really know what Massey was going to do. That’s the messy reality of dealing with a mental health situation. Sending in a social worker can also end badly. But more likely it would end badly for the social worker.
I am sympathetic to the Massey family. But Kamala is looking to monetize it. As are the usual gang of lawyers and activists who need a name on whose behalf to sue, organize, and then riot.
It may be a little too early in the campaign for street riots, but expect those to be a real option before long.

The only forces who can effectively stop and end those terrorist groups are law enforcement and patriotic citizens.
Violence is a must when confronting violence. No way around it. But the ends justify the means.
If the domestic terrorist groups go on unchecked, eventually they will take over completely, and start doing what criminals and terrorists do to everybody without any consequences.
“Hamas terrorists” you mean the people defending their homeland from the OCCUPIERS who are dropping 2000pound bombs on them, the ones the ICJ claims are illegal occupiers of Palestine land, THOSE terrorists?

Yeah, she shouldn’t have argued with the police officer, and shouldn’t have starting boiling water, as throwing boiling water can do a lot of harm. They should teach people how to interact with police officers.
Trust me they teach just the opposite. “Run” is the usual. I’ve talked to mothers who believe their sons are targeted by police for death and those with darker sin color are more targeted. This is the inner workings of the minds that lead to bad outcomes.
The black community catechizes their children to believe police are violent racists ready to murder them for breathing while black. The catechism is called “The Talk” and a sanitized version is available on Wikipedia.
Despite the catechism, it is easy to see that it has little effect upon actual behavior. Disparate impact reigns supreme with its internecine assumptions that 1) race exists only as a social construct, and 2) the white race is universally evil.
Black interactions with police are orders of magnitude more frequent than for whites, giving them many opportunities to win the ghetto lottery by arguing disparate impact. The only solution is a return to equality before the law both in and out of court and in all of life.
Daniel, I am sad for everyone shot and those wounded that will forever have to live with the pain and suffering. As someone who lives near the Democrat bastion of insanity called Chicago year to date 351 people have been shot and killed, 1438 shot and wounded but I can bet that Democrats don’t know the name of one of them nor will they come out and say there is a problem and we need help since we don’t know how to stop the destruction of entire generation of inner city youth.

Yes, crazy people can be unpredictable. You have to be cautious around them.
I seriously doubt I would’ve shot Massey if I’d been in that deputy’s position but I’d definitely have kicked or punched her in the head. Boiling water is no joke. It will cause permanent disfigurement and possibly blind you if you take it in the face.
My ex wife once threw boiling spaghetti sauce at me. That would’ve seriously fucked me up if I hadn’t dodged. She didn’t regret it and refused to clean it off the floor and kitchen cabinets.
Ordinary men can’t mess with women. They know we won’t beat on them and it emboldens them. It happened to me just last week.
I feel bad about that Massey chick. Nobody should die just for being a bit deranged. We’re supposed to take care of people like her.
A good election point for Trump – the Democrat party officially supports BLM, and BLM openly supports Hamas.
