Despite the media’s cartwheels, this decision really isn’t significant.

An Obama judge ruling that President Trump scratching his head is illegal isn’t news either. That’s what the resistance judges appointed by Carter, Clinton and Obama have been doing non-stop since Inauguration Day.

What’s at stake here is the citizenship question on the census. The question is explosive and could be bigger than Trump’s Supreme Court appointees because it blows up the current fraudulent Dem infrastructure where districts are based on census assessments that count non-citizens. California is full of these fake districts. Texas has a few. So does New York.

The people who have been keeping an eye on the ball understand that this is the big one. Make it happen and Pelosi’s House majority and the whole “New America” they’ve been pushing sinks faster than the Titanic.

So they’re fighting it. And fighting it hard. And not enough conservatives are paying attention to the long game instead of the social justice outrage of the moment.

A federal judge in Manhattan ruled Tuesday that the Trump administration’s decision to add a citizenship question to the 2020 census was unlawful.

In his ruling, Judge Jesse Furman, of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, said Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross’s decision to add the question to the census was “arbitrary and capricious” and enjoined the administration from including it on the questionnaire.

Arbitrary is the arbitrary and capricious way that Dem judges have tried to block President Trump’s legal actions.

Furman, an Obama appointee, said Ross violated a statute that requires him to collect data through the acquisition and use of “administrative records” instead of through “direct inquiries” on a survey such as the census.

This will keep on going to Appeals and then to the Supreme Court. And we’ll see if SCOTUS does the right thing. It’s already given the anti party too much leeway. But we’ll see how it ends up.
