For rich liberals who wanted to recreate the amazing experience of 2008 of being suckered by an egomanical con artist reciting third rate Ophraisms, it only cost them a mere $32K a plate.
There they could hear Obama take them for a tour of the river of denial with such claims as, the media was suppressing all his successes.
Obama also told the attendees that they could be forgiven for not knowing about his successes because Washington and the media are too cynical, according to the pool report.
“The reason you don’t hear about them is they elicit hope. They’re good news,” he said.
That darn media. It never wants to report about all the countries that he didn’t turn into war zones. I mean look at Fiji. It’s not in the middle of a bloody civil war involving Al Qaeda.
Why won’t the media report that?
And why do we keep talking about Ebola? Think of all the dangerous infectious diseases that we aren’t threatened by… thanks to Obama.
”History is on our side. Facts are on our side and the good news is that the American people on our side.”
Too bad reality isn’t. Also math is definitely against him and science isn’t leaning his way either.
“Cynicism is a choice. Hope is a better choice.”
Wait… are we supposed to go with the facts or hope? Because the facts say that Americans can’t find good jobs and Al Qaeda is more dangerous than ever. Also Obama forgot to order up Ebola medicines while blowing billions on his Green Energy pals.
But that’s just so cynical. Let’s hope he doesn’t nuke America in the next few years.
“I’ve never been more hopeful.”
That’s seriously scary.
