Teach your kids and grandchildren, family members and friends that boys should be tough, whilst acknowledging that some won’t be physically tough they can be mentally tough.

Allow jobs to give IQ testing to candidates for jobs
Until you do these things the universities will have a monopoly on determining who can get white collar jobs, will continue suckering stupid kids into taking their worthless degrees and will have extra cash to enact yet more mischief
