The purge continues.
Have any of the thugs who have been vandalizing and tearing down American statues been fired yet? No, but tear down the sign by a racist hate group and you will be punished. Swiftly and relentlessly by a government organization which is, in theory, prohibited from punishing people for political dissent.
A Philadelphia Family Court supervisor was fired from his job Monday after videotape surfaced over the weekend of him tearing down Black Lives Matter signs from a fence at a South Philadelphia park and saying he doesn’t care about black lives.
The 34-second video posted on a woman’s Facebook page Sunday afternoon attracted more than 800 comments and 2,000 shares by noon Monday. The woman who posted the video could not be reached Monday. She wrote on her post that a passerby in a car had yelled out “Black lives matter!” to the man. Her post was removed from public view early Monday afternoon.
“His termination was based on multiple violations” of the state court system’s Code of Conduct and its Non-Discrimination and Equal Employment Policy, O’Rourke said.
The irony of a nondiscriminatory policy being used to discriminate is obvious. Such policies are inherently discriminatory.
Had this gentleman torn down a Trump sign or an All Lives Matter sign, not only would he still be on the job, but any attempt to get rid of him would have been with an aggressive defense. So this is political discrimination of the most blatant kind.
Will conservative legal funds push back on this or surrender this one too?
