The same journalism award won by Walter Duranty decided to honor Nikole Hannah Jones’ racial revisionism history by awarding her for her lies for the 1619 Project.
The 1619 Project had been thoroughly discredited by legitimate historians. So obviously the Pulitzers, a New York Times vanity project, had to jump in and salvage it.
The conflict of interest in Nikole Hannah Jones winning a Pultizer is fairly obvious considering that the Pulitzer Center is the educational partner for the 1619 Project.
The Pulitzer Center is proud to be the education partner for The 1619 Project, which is inaugurated by a special issue of The New York Times Magazine
In one of the funnier headlines, the Center announced that, ”Nikole Hannah-Jones was awarded the 2020 Pulitzer Prize for Commentary for The 1619 Project… As The 1619 Project’s official education partner, the Pulitzer Center has connected curricula based on the work of Hannah-Jones and her collaborators to some 4,500 classrooms since August 2019.”
Our educational partner won our award. Incredible!
Obviously quite a few organizations hand out awards to figures associated with them. But the Pulitzers were pretending to be a serious merit-based award.
Just ask Walt.
Handing Nikole Hannah-Jones a Pultizer after she had been thoroughly discredited is not just about her, or her toxic racial agenda, it’s also about covering for the Pulitzer Center’s decision to get into bed with her. Much like its Walter Duranty defense.
Once you commit the intellectual crime, you’re committed to covering it up.
