Rep. Adam Schiff, a Democrat politician nobody outside of his district would have heard of if not for his unending stream of false attacks on President Trump, tweeted falsely that President Trump made, “July 4th an ode to himself;”

As anyone who has watched Trump’s Independence speech knows, the ode was to America, to members of the military and ordinary heroes, including ‘Mrs. Angel’, who is a one-woman relief effort.

It was not in any way an ode to Trump.

So this tells us two things about Rep. Adam Schiff

1. He chose not to watch or read the speech

2. He did and lied about it anyway
