If you believe lefties, Senator Sinema is a terrible traitor who’s ripe to be primaried. And who does everything she does to appeal to wealthy special interests while selling out her everyday supporters.

Oddly that’s not what the money trail shows.

Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (D-Ariz.) raised $1.6 million during the first quarter of 2022, and nearly 75% of her contributions totaled less than $100, Axios has learned.

That’s a very good small donor ratio. It also suggests that she’s got a pretty solid fan base if you consider how many donors have been sending her money.

Are there a whole bunch of Dems who hate her guts? No doubt. But it also seems like she’s got a significant number who like her.
