“J’accuse!” – “I accuse!” is one of the most famous newspaper headlines ever, in 1898, by the French writer Emile Zola in which he called out his government for its mishandling of the Dreyfus Affair. The article served as a wakeup call for people to see the blatant antisemitism that was masquerading as a military trial.
Today too we see antisemitism worldwide. The International Court of Justice (ICJ) based in The Hague held its first hearing in South Africa’s genocide case against Israel. We Jews are guilty before the case begins. Simple Jew-hatred. As some of the families of the hostages said at a protest this week on the Gaza border, we allow in humanitarian aid and our hostages get nothing. The Red Cross and all of the rest are allies with Hamas. Simply enemies all over the world. We are guilty no matter what. An antisemitic charade.
And against this backdrop, we see such a dichotomy between America and Israel. Jews are in danger all over the world. So, frankly, are American and Western interests.
While the Biden administration has been friendly to Israel, Secretary of State Antony Blinken lives in a fantasy world when visiting and discussing a “2-State Solution.” There is no support in Israel for a 2-state solution; we have no one to talk to and we have compromised more than enough. This area called Gaza from which we were attacked we gave up for peace.
America can discuss all they want Israel giving in to those people who have raped us and murdered us and hold our hostages. We are in the midst of a very long, very difficult war. Surrender isn’t going to happen.
In Israel we have an enemy who has shown they want to murder us. None of us wants to hear about removing settlements. As we know, terror tunnels were dug in front of (and possibly by) United Nations employees; “journalists” encourage and stand with the terrorists and sometimes participate in it. We are alone and facing doctors (Gaza Ministry of Health), the UN, UNESCO, and “journalists” who are simply terrorists opposed to our very existence.
Our sole post-war plan needs to be the survival and rebuilding of the State of Israel. The world’s vision and our vision are very different, and that’s okay. We are living in an antisemitic world and can walk alone.
All of these things are simply Jewish history – the Holocaust all over, the Dreyfus affair once again. Ze’ev Jabotinsky asked in a speech before the Holocaust, “Is a situation moral in which one side can commit any crime or murder and the other is forbidden to react?”
Yes, today and always that has been the case. Yet, it’s life – we are Jewish, we will fight and we will win.
At the court, all the answers can be found in the words of our Zionist great Ze’ev Jabotinsky who told us to answer:
“….all current and future accusations, reproaches, suspicions, slanders and denunciations by simply folding our arms and loudly, clearly, coldly and calmly answer, ‘Go to Hell!’
Who are we, to make excuses to them; who are they to interrogate us? What is the purpose of this mock trial over the entire people where the sentence is known in advance? Only a person under surveillance is ready for a search at every moment. This is the only inevitable conclusion from our maniacal reaction to every reproach, to accept responsibility as a people for every action of a Jew, and to make excuses in front of everybody.
I consider this system to be false at its very root. We are hated not because we are blamed for everything, but we are blamed for everything because we are not loved. We do not have to apologize for anything. We are a people as all other peoples; we do not have any intentions to be better than the rest. We do not have to account to anybody; we are not to sit for anybody’s examination and nobody is old enough to call on us to answer. We came before them. We are what we are, we are good for ourselves, we will not change and we do not want to.”
Those who have read and studied the work and words of Ze’ev Jabotinsky realize that he was indeed a prophet. During two thousand years of exile, the Jewish people lost the habit of concentrating their willpower on an all-important task, lost the habit of acting in unison as a people, lost the ability to defend ourselves; instead, the Jews became accustomed to shouts rather than deeds, to disorder and disorganization, to negligence.
And maybe now, we will see a mass gathering of the exiles, mass aliya perhaps due to the world’s antisemitism.
As Jabotinsky once wrote,
“Everybody is wrong and you alone are right?” No doubt this question springs by itself to the reader’s lips and mind. It is customary to answer this with apologetic phrases to the effect that I fully respect public opinion, that I bow to it, that I was glad to make concessions….All this is unnecessary, and all this is untrue. You cannot believe in anything in the world, if you admit even once that perhaps your opponents are right, and not you. This is not the way to do things. There is but one truth in the world, and it is all yours. If you are not sure of it, stay at home; but if you are sure, don’t look back, and it will be your way.
We alone are right and just. And we alone, united, will ultimately be just fine.

Personally, I don’t know why Israel doesn’t do what the U.S. government does, which is not to recognize the legitimacy of the International Court system. Otherwise, Russia, China and most Islamic countries would be filing criminal charges against our leaders. The International Court system, if it were truly legitimate would have taken Communist countries like Russia, China and North Korea to task for their crimes against humanity of their own citizens.
So let me get this straight, the Arab Muslim world since 1948 has been attempting to wipe Israel off the map and commit genocide (push the Jews into the Mediterranean Sea), yet Israel defending itself meets the definition of genocide? I just want to make sure I got that right along with all the recent and laughable blood libels I’ve read about the conflict in Gaza. Some Irish leftist accused Israel of carpet bombing – does this reporter even know what carpet bombing is? That’s a flying a formation of bombers and dropping a payload of bombs to flatten a wide area. Whereas, the IDF flies single jet planes and drones to drop single GPS guided bombs on a target.
If the IDF wanted to commit genocide, they wouldn’t be dropping guided munitions, they wouldn’t even need to shell The Gaza Strip from the Israeli border. All the IDF would have to do is use chemical weapons to kill everyone – that’s genocide. But is it considered genocide to both drop leaflets and makes hundreds of phones calls to the Arabs of Gaza in order to inform them to move to a safer area prior to an attack?
Correct me if I’m wrong but Hamas didn’t drop leaflets over the open music concert field before they launched an attack on October 7th. Also correct me if I’m wrong but Hamas didn’t make phone calls to that kibbutz warning them of their attack – did they?
As I said, Israel shouldn’t even participate in this charade, which is just one step below criticizing a Jewish community of defending themselves when under attack in a pogrom by Cossacks.
If the ICJ had any integrity, it should have refused to hear the case, or at least have demanded a more neutral formulation, e.g. “What comprises genocide in the context of Gaza, and by whom is it being committed?”
Making slanderous and libelous accusations is evil and wrong. Very evil and wrong.
That claim by the enemies of the Jewish State of Israel is a false completely claim.
One genuine newspaper had put it this way “One accusation is that Israel has engaged in genocide against the Palestinians. However, the facts show a vast increase in the Palestinian population, from 156,000 to 2,100,000 in Israel…” [1]

It’s that demonic dangerous and deadly Jihad entity that stated that current war in the Middle East by invading Israel, on October 7,th , and then attempted to commit genocide against the Jewish people and the jihadists of Hamas even went further in heinous evil by kidnapping many Israel’s and raping many Jewish females . Those Hamas jihadist are so cruel and vicious that they even took Jewish infants and burned them to death while they were still alive.
In spite of all those facts, some despicable people want to exculpate Hamas from all is wicked jihad terrorism and release its jihadists from the monstrous Islamic evil that they have so vicious committed and are very guilty of.
To add to this m libelous and slanderous of false charges of genocide are made against Israel about it heads of government and the IDF.
Such charges are as absurd as they are also wrong. Those changes are very absurd.
Related to this, the Bible informs its reader that “Acquitting the guilty and condemning the innocent – – the Lord detests them both.” Proverbs 17:15. [N.I.V.]
Readers – please note that these ridiculous charges have been brought by the ANC, which was very likely bribed by overseas organisations. Even without financial compensation, I would assume that because the ANC started as a terrorist organisation, like speaks to like. That innocent children died in Gaza because of Israel’s air force was not the intention of the government and military officials of Israel.
Those youngster who had been killed had died because those despicable jihadists of Hamas, because they are so very callous and cruel that they deliberately stationed their jihad strategy command and weapon centers at buildings that have children in and around those places.
Therefore the bloodguilt for the death of those children of Gaza on the wicked hands of the Hamas jihadists.
The 2 state “solution” Has! been tried & failed…. Israel totally! withdrew from Gaza in 2005… If the Gazans had decided 2 co-operate w/Israel… Gaza wud have been a ME dream come true!— But instead they chose Hamas & terrorism… So very sad!!!!
The International Court of Justice doesn’t give a damn about genocidw. They don’t bat an eye when Uyghurs are slaughtered in China or when Christians are slaughtered in Nigeria
They just want to tie Israel’s hands, so the Arabs can walk in and slaughter Jews. They are surely intelligent enough to realize that once the precedent is set that it’s genocide for the Israelis to shoot back when Arabs are shooting at tjem, it will be genocide for the Germans or the French or the Belgians to shoot back when Arabs are shooting at them.
By the way, I don’t want anyone calling this a kangaroo court. A kangaroo court is a proceding thrown together, by convicts in a prison or soldiers on a battlefield
