Ever since George Floyd, every single perp has learned the scam. They used to shout that they had their hands up, now it’s “I Can’t Breathe” because they know those three magic words summon legions of woke activists and racists into lynch mobs to destroy the lives and careers of law enforcement officers.
Here’s the latest one.
Florida police released dramatic bodycam footage showing the arrest of a teen suspected of fatally shooting three people Wednesday — including a local TV journalist and a defenseless 9-year-old girl.
“I can’t breathe!” Keith Moses, 19, repeatedly screams as Orange County sheriff’s deputies take him to the ground. “I can’t breathe!”
Moses refuses the commands and raises his arms to his sides before being tackled.
“Let me go!” he shouts as deputies slap on handcuffs. “Let me go! I can’t breathe!”
He could breathe just fine. The three people he killed, including that little girl, can’t.

It also spawns more racial hoaxes. Moses had the misfortune to play this game in Florida, but in many states he might be seen as the hero and the cops who took him down as the bad guys.
Four hours later, Moses returned to the scene of Augustin’s murder and coldly shot Spectrum 13 journalists Dylan Lyons, 24, and Jesse Walden as they sat in an unmarked car while covering the initial crime, officials said.
Lyons, who was engaged to be married, was later pronounced dead at a local hospital while Walden, a photographer, survived the attack and continued to improve Thursday.
The homicidal rampage continued, as Moses marched into another home on a nearby street and began firing at 9-year-old T’Yonna Major and her mother.
The child — described as a bubbly aspiring gymnast — died from her wounds at a local hospital, while her parent remains in critical condition.

Floyd had 3 times the lethal dose of fentanyl in his system, enough to make breathing difficult. He told the officers (which was on video) that he had been “hooping”. Should have been given narcan.

If the Police Officer was to ask me to turn around, I would turn around, if he asked me to get on my knees I would get on my knees as I have to assume he has a good reason for asking me to to do that and if I am arrested then it can all be sorted out down at the Station.

Floyd had drugs in his system. But the medical examiner, who is an expert pathologist, ruled his death a homicide He testified to that effect under oath. For someone like Daniel Greenfield, who has no expertise, to simply lie and call the death an overdose, is journalistic malpractice and morally abominable.
