As the presidential election has loomed nearer, the Democrat Party has largely avoided substantive discussions of policy and instead made desperate, unconvincing efforts to brand itself as everything from the Party of Joy to the Party of 21st Century Masculinity. But it is time for the Right to begin branding their opponents as what they truly are, and making the label stick: Democrats are the Party of Treason.
Too harsh? Multiple times a day, every day, Democrat leaders from the President on down, and their media allies, smear conservatives as threats to democracy, Nazis, extremists, domestic terrorists, American Taliban, deplorables, bitter clingers, white supremacists (non-white conservatives are called race traitors), bigots, racists, Islamophobes, transphobes, haters, book banners, Rethuglicans, and dangerous fascists who “must be stopped.” What do conservatives call Democrats? Liberals.
It’s time to call it like we see it, and what we see is a Party hell-bent on destroying this country to make way for a totalitarian, one-Party state. There is a reason that Right-wing patriots stand by the slogan Make America Great Again: unlike the Democrats, we love this country, aren’t ashamed of it, and aren’t trying to subvert it, deconstruct it, or fundamentally transform it into just another authoritarian “People’s Republic.” In other words, we aren’t treasonous – they are.
In all fairness, treason is a charge thrown around casually and often at one’s political opponents, so let’s examine what the crime actually entails. In fact, it has a very specific Constitutional definition which renders legitimate instances of it quite rare; fewer than 30 people have ever been charged with it in America, the last convictions taking place in the wake of World War II. It was considered by the Founding Fathers to be the most serious of crimes and can be punishable by death.
At the federal level, treason is defined in Article III, Section 3 of the U.S. Constitution as “only in levying War against [the United States], or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort” (most state constitutions include similar definitions of treason). A conviction requires the testimony of two witnesses or a confession in open court.
The Democrats have repeatedly accused the once and future President Donald Trump of committing treason, most notably (and falsely) for conspiring with Russia to influence the 2016 election, then (falsely) for inciting a so-called insurrection on January 6, 2021, ostensibly to prevent the peaceful transfer of power after the Democrats stole the election that previous November. Of course, the only collusion with Russia was by the Democrats themselves, and there was no “J6” insurrection on Capitol Hill, only a Deep State-instigated entrapment and chaos involving some unarmed Trump supporters. In addition, Trump not only didn’t incite anything that day; he actually called for peaceful protest, a fact Democrats insist on ignoring.
Even if Trump were guilty of inciting an insurrection, the crime would not necessarily be treason but sedition, which is conduct or speech inciting people to rebel against the authority of a state. Sedition means organizing or encouraging opposition to government in a manner – such as in speech or writing – that falls short of treason. But as mentioned above, Trump neither organized nor encouraged opposition to the government; he called only for the peaceful protest against the outcome of a fraudulent election.
So if waging war against the United States or aiding and abetting our enemies is the standard, is the Joe Biden/Kamala Harris administration (or, perhaps more truthfully if unofficially, the Barack Obama/Susan Rice administration) guilty of treason?
The Democrats have not officially declared war against their own country; but then, neither has China nor Iran nor North Korea nor Russia officially declared war on the United States. Yet they are all nevertheless engaged in various kinds of warfare against us, from espionage to disinformation to terrorism – just as the far Left in our own country has engaged in various kinds of ideological warfare (cultural Marxism, Critical Race Theory, gender ideology, etc.) in order to dissolve America as we know it from within.
As for “adhering to our enemies, giving them aid and comfort”: the Democrat Party under Presidents Barack Obama and Joe Biden has, in various ways, given aid and comfort to every one of our enemies from states like Iran and China to non-state actors like the Taliban and Hamas. We all know, for example, that the Biden crime family – to name just the Democrats at the top – is in the pocket of the Chinese Communist regime (for confirmation, check out a pair of damning exposés by author Peter Schweitzer: Red Handed and Blood Money). And Kamala’s vice-presidential pick Tim Walz’s fraternization with the ChiComs goes beyond merely fostering cultural exchanges. He has reportedly traveled to China more than 30 times, including for his honeymoon. Richard Grenell, Director of National Intelligence during the Trump administration, has observed, “No one is more pro-China than Marxist Walz.”
The Democrat Party’s aid and comfort to America’s enemies extend to domestic ones as well, such as the Marxist revolutionaries of Black Lives Matter and the anarchic shock troops of Antifa. Then there are the violent pro-Hamas, anti-Zionist mobs that have spread from our college campuses into almost every corner of our communities; where are the pushback and denunciations from the Biden administration? And despite the fact that these domestic terrorists sometimes denounce Biden and Kamala as genocidal supporters of Israel, the Biden administration has shown where its loyalty lies by hamstringing our ally Israel in its efforts to finish off Hamas, including pressuring Israel to commit to ceasefires which the savage terrorist organization never honors.
Does all this technically rise, though, to the standard of the Constitutional definition of treason? Why not? Certainly they are violating, if not the letter of the law, then the spirit of the law. How is the Democrat agenda – to undermine national security by erasing our borders, to collapse our capitalist underpinnings by steering our economy toward socialism, to sever Americans from their grand legacy by tearing down our monuments and rewriting our history to cast us as the bad guys, to erode our ability to hold free and fair elections, and to subvert our Constitutional rights (particularly the First and Second Amendments) and erode our freedoms – how is that any less the waging of war against America than, say, China flooding us with fentanyl, or Hezbollah positioning itself to wage terror attacks within our borders?
The Democrat Party of today is not “liberal.” It is driven by a totalitarian far Left who see their political opponents not as fellow Americans but as dangerous obstacles to their mission, which is not to make America great again but to establish permanent, one-Party power. It is the Party of Treason.

Yes, I was a child in the Bay Area, early 1950’s, and my mother was befriended by a commie rat fink who we thought was a friend. She had great influence in our broken family, some of that for the better, and managed to turn many toward the left for their lives’ choice. I was able in my early 20’s (again, influenced by her to be organizing demonstrations against the Vietnam war and other “peace” marches (doesn’t everybody want peace? ). Their clear ideas floated from Moscow, Russia, where they got their marching orders (sound crazy, far-fetched? — I watched it first hand growing up) were to take over the Democratic party — they thought this the easiest way in to get their goals met. My “friend” got her instructions from the cell in Berkeley and was a pen pal with Gus Hall in SF, with the organizing of the HUAC demos with fire hoses down the steps of city hall in the 1950’s. They were all over the labor unions then too. And now today we are looking at it. What strides they have made since their formation in Europe over 100 years ago.
I was only able to escape by the times of Ronald Reagan which called me back to the patriotism I had learned in school and in Girl Scouts too. It was a different time, those Eisenhower years. A time of great shuffling but seeming so calm on the surface. And that was when the eruption occurred, the one which had been started in the 1930’s/1940’s into our State Department.
It goes back well before then, why do you think the Democrats got their knickers in such a tight knot so very, very quickly when Joe McCarthy gave his Wheeling speech.
The time line for that is speech Thursday evening, reported on by local journo who didn’t even go in Friday morning paper, Dems and enablers going psycho by lunchtime in Denver, serious flak being thrown Friday night, fire from on high Saturday afternoon, Joe gets carpet bombed in the Senate Monday afternoon.
The reaction was hard, extremely fast, and continuous until they finally managed to drive McCarthy out of the Senate and into an early grave.
Is it “patriotic” or “treasonous” that Democ-rats intend to murder President Trump? Depends on who you ask.
The term, “democracy” is frequently used today.
Yet the USA is a compound constitutional republic, not a democracy. The idea of such a republic originates with the ancient Greeks, especially with Polybius, and later with Republican Rome and ultimately with our Founders.
Other forms of government were thought to be monarchical, aristocratic, and/or democratic in nature.
Democracy (democratic) was based on the rule of the many, always the largest and most powerful faction often operating at the expense of others.
Put another way, as Bemjamin Franklin was said to have once remarked, “Democracy is two wolves a one sheep voting on what to have for dinner.”
So that form of government–democracy– was to be avoided,
Today, sadly it seems “democracy” is embraced uncritically by many.
Also, the term “democracy” to today’s so-called “liberals” seems to suggest creating a loyal, dominating faction that is then used to maintain perpetual power. It also perhaps suggests to many as equality of outcome and security.
Yet history is of course replete with examples of this form of government, how it works in reality, not just theoretically, and what has means to humanity throughout the ages–“equality” in poverty and misery; “security” realized at the expense of liberty.
Finally, absolutely, “liberal” today suggests something far different than what it has meant in the classical sense–both in antiquity and early modernity (e.g. The Enlightenment). Until our postmodern era, “liberal” meat intellectual and moral growth, avoidance of vice and pain, and dispassionate critical thinking in of pursuit of truth.
Sadly, today “liberal” means something quite different, as so does “democracy.”
Yet, ironically, both seem to be but recurring historical refrains.

The country of India is the world’s largest and oldest democracy. How has that worked for them?
Collectively, India is a 3rd world country that is marginally functional with an inherent caste system that locks people into a permanent social strata.

Greece, more specifically Athens, was the birthplace of democracy or “rule by the people” in 507 BCE. Athenian democracy only lasted for two centuries, but the idea of this type of government lived on and many countries today are democracies to a certain degree..
True but back during those days, the notion of isms were in their infancy and government was dictated by the vagaries of the men who had the will and the means to conquer and enslave and the people they conquered and enslaved.

Nature deals harshly with those who are unfit to survive. The exception, as far as we know, is homo sapiens sapiens, aka, modern human beings.
The problem for modern societies is that a good proportion of those modern human beings, to put it succinctly, are parasites. They exist solely because of their parasitic relationship with the builders of civilizations and those who sacrifice to fulfill the needs of the many (e.g., farmers.).

The persuasive nature of the media has conflated treason by justifying the treasonous activity of the Dems as if treason is just business as usual. They have placated the masses by normalizing the treasonous Biden administration and justifying it. The truth is treason is punishable by death. Compare Biden with Trump in this matter. Trump has lost millions of dollars (450 million from the NYC lawsuit alone) for his patriotism but Biden has grafted millions from America’s enemies. And why is it that the last Democrat presidents have amassed fortunes when they left office?

Not mentioned here, but most important is the Communist Chinese infection of millions of Americans (and many others around the world) by the COVID 19 plague. The lab “leak” theory has been proven beyond reasonable doubt; except … why would we assume that the virus must have “leaked” … as if by accident. The virus was engineered to be a bioweapon. It’s not hard to conclude that it was deliberately released on the world by the Chinese government, and then taken advantage of by the Democrats. That the Democrats took advantage of it in 2020 is not in dispute.
The plague became the primary excuse for tens of millions of mail-in ballots which could never be verified and which undoubtedly and corruptly swung the “election” to Biden. In other words China in alliance with the Democratic Party stole the election and the entire machinery of the American government moving it inexorably in favor of China.
This describes an act of war abetted by internal treason of the entire Democrat Party, including all the low level workers who sent observers home, covered up the windows and after hours illegally counted millions of fake ballots.

COVID became the problem it became because of the government and the medical industry lies and withholding of information that could have saved a lot of lives.
Doctors trained in homeopathic medicine understood the underlying cause of the severity of COVID but where mostly censored by the NIH, AMA and the pharmaceutical industry from publicly discussing the health consequences of a vitamin D3 deficiency and the benefits of supplementation.
Now that the medical & pharmaceutical industry and the politicians have made their billions off of the COVID vaccine. the efficacy of vitamin D3 is now allowed to be openly discussed.
And for the record: the pharmaceutical industry has zero interest in finding a cure for anything. Why? There’s no profit in a cure for anything.. The profit(s) is in hooking/selling you a drug to make your life as comfortably and painless as possible until you die or run out of money.
The whole pandemic experience cost me what was left of my faith in big pharma and the FDA, CDC, AMA and others. The vaccines got emergency approval because allegedly no other treatment was as effective. When ivermectin and hydroxychlorquine proved a sound treatment, they were demonized as “horse paste” and many died because of it.
That’s why I will never take another vaccination for the rest of my life – especially because other vaccinations now will also be made with the mRNA technology – which is a gene therapy shot. Dr. Sherri Tenpenny (along with other doctors) have warned the public about the risks of a mRNA shot and has said: “everybody who took the covid vaccination will have some type of damage to their body – sometimes not showing up for a year or more later.” Of course, the left attacked her like mad dogs; they took away her medical license, but she got her license back a year later because she had the science to back up her comments. I consider her a patriot because she was willing to take a bullet for the rest of us by putting her career on the line in order to protect the public.

Many good examples but I have one that is even harder to ignore. That is the fact that 94% of *Democrats” want to have non citizens vote for our leaders. This was the last official vote tally in Congress in July 2024. No country can exist under that principle and by definition that means they no longer want a Nation. The no border argument flows to this and IMO that is defacto Treason – ie no Nation at all. In fact, thats even worse than treason because it says that almost all Democrats in Congress no longer want a country. They want something else and that may very well be a Bolshevik revolution.

There’s something else going on, which nobody else wants to talk about, neither Republicans nor liberals. It deals with the fact that they are usual way of talking, we do not listen to ourselves while we speak.
