Louis Farrakhan and the Nation of Islam hate Jews. But not just Jews.
They hate all white people and they hate America. But that hasn’t stopped multiple members of the Congressional Black Caucus, Women’s March leaders, not to mention Obama and Eric Holder, from posing chummily with Farrakhan.
And they’re not just okay with anti-Semitism. They’re okay with this.
Nation of Islam leader and prominent antisemite Louis Farrakhan led chants of “Death to America” and claimed that “America has never been a democracy” on Sunday during a solidarity trip to Iran, ahead of the re-implementation of US sanctions on the country this week.
Keith Ellison, a former longtime member of Farrakhan’s hate group, could not be reached for comment.
In addition, he stated that African-Americans are part of Iran’s Islamic revolution.
At the end of his talk, Farrakhan led the chanting of the common Iranian refrains “Death to Israel” and “Death to America,” and was joined by members of the audience.
Farrakhan, perhaps the most notorious black supremacist in America, has a long history of antisemitic statements. Most recently, he referred to Jews as “termites.”
Ben and Jerry’s ice cream just honored Farrakhan supporter Linda Sarsour. Eric Holder, who wants to run in 2020, recently posed with Farrakhan. Bill Clinton shared space with him.
But this is the bigotry and anti-Semitism we’re not allowed to talk about.
So, @EricHolder, was this photo with @LouisFarrakhan at Aretha Franklin’s funeral intentional, or were you caught off guard? pic.twitter.com/le0A8j6Uiy
