What’s the career path for a racist agitator? Diversity training. Inevitably.
Forget all the sneers about how a ‘studies’ degree won’t get you a job. It will and a very good one. And at least the Trump administration and the OMB are starting to crack down on the most overtly toxic stuff that incorporates critical race theory within the federal government.
The President has directed me to ensure that Federal agencies cease and desist from using taxpayer dollars to fund these divisive, un-American propaganda training sessions. Accordingly, to that end, the Office of Management and Budget will shortly issue more detailed guidance on implementing the President’s directive. In the meantime, all agencies are directed to begin to identify all contracts or other agency spending related to any training on “critical race theory/ “white privilege,” or any other training or propaganda effort that teaches or suggests either (1) that the United States is an inherently racist or evil country or (2) that any race or ethnicity is inherently racist or evil. In addition, all agencies should begin to identify all available avenues within the law to cancel any such contracts and/or to divert Federal dollars away from these un-American propaganda training sessions.
It’s a start. Expect “resistance” from the embedded bureaucracy even above and beyond the usual Obama people because quite a few people of a certain class, not even always Democrats, have swallowed this stuff hook, line and sinker.
Beyond that, workplaces promoting racist content are engaging in discriminatory behavior that ought to be subject to federal civil rights action.
If Goodyear or P&G had started holding lectures about the inferiority of black people under the Obama adminstration, there would have been quick action. This is no different. And it ought to be treated that way.
Conservatives complaining on cancel culture… unless it suits their agenda for banning… hypocrite much?
