Once again, these are times that try men’s souls. All Americans who love our nation and our freedom, and wish to pass it on to our children and our children’s children, need to be prepared for what is coming, and equipped to defend our families and our society from the Left’s all-out assault. That’s why the David Horowitz Freedom Center and Frontpage Magazine are now presenting two new podcasts: The Jason Hill Show and The Right Take with Mark Tapson.
While there are innumerable voices out there today, there are precious few who are as well-equipped as Jason Hill and Mark Tapson to help you to understand what the Left is doing, what its objectives are, and how patriots can stand for freedom in the face of the Left’s onslaught. Jason Hill is podcasting right from the belly of the beast: he is that rarest of individuals, an open and unapologetic conservative, standing proudly in the midst of today’s far-Left academic wasteland. Hill is a professor of philosophy at DePaul University in Chicago, specializing in ethics, social and political philosophy, American foreign policy, and moral psychology. He is also a Shillman Journalism Fellow at the Freedom Center.
The Jason Hill Show offers deep analyses and solutions to sociopolitical and cultural issues—shaping your destiny, today and tomorrow. His first show, “Our New Manifest Destiny and the Making of An American Supremacist,” is a defiant rejoinder to Joe Biden’s attempt to stigmatize, demonize, and ultimately criminalize dissent from the Left’s agenda and even American patriotism itself.
Jason’s guests in recent shows have included Dr. Peter W. Wood and Dr. Bruce Gilley. Dr. Wood is a former professor of anthropology, the current President of the National Association of Scholars, and a best-selling author of numerous books about American culture, including his most recent work, Wrath: America Enraged. Dr. Gilley, a professor of political science at Portland State University. His article “The Case for Colonialism,” published in a 2017 online edition of Third World Quarterly, was highly controversial for its thesis. Gilley has also authored numerous best-selling books, including his most recent work, The Last Imperialist: Sir Alan Burns’s Epic Defense of the British Empire. Jason has also hosted David Horowitz himself, the renowned ex-Leftist who has for five decades been one of the most profound and compelling thinkers and activists in the conservative movement.
Future guests for Jason’s podcast will include Ayaan Hirsi Ali, the renowned author of Infidel; Niall Ferguson, author of Civilization: The West and the Rest; and Michael Rectenwald, author of Beyond Woke.
Longtime FrontPage readers are familiar with Mark Tapson as a witty, sardonic and insightful critic of contemporary pop culture. The Right Take with Mark Tapson is a podcast about the culture wars; its theme is “the intersection of politics and culture.” So far, Mark has interviewed Heather Mac Donald, a conservative political commentator, essayist, attorney, and author of The Diversity Delusion: How Race and Gender Pandering Corrupt the University and Undermine Our Culture; Michael Walsh, an American music critic, screenwriter, political and cultural commentator, and author of over 15 books, including his most recent work, Last Stands: Why Men Fight When All Is Lost; and Mary Grabar; best-selling author of numerous books including Debunking The 1619 Project: Exposing The Plan To Divide America, and Debunking Howard Zinn: Exposing The Fake History That Turned A Generation Against America. Coming up in the near future is an interview with Dinesh D’Souza. Mark also interviewed Brian Godawa, the screenwriter for the recent My Son Hunter movie about the laptop from hell. Coming soon are Andrew Klavan, Bill Whittle, Evan Sayet, and conservative culture critic Christian Toto.
With guests of this quality, The Jason Hill Show and The Right Take with Mark Tapson should vault to the top of your regular listening list. Available on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and FrontPage itself, The Jason Hill Show and The Right Take with Mark Tapson will quickly become indispensable for you in your efforts to fortify yourself and stand strong for freedom as the Left descends even farther into authoritarianism, gender madness, and the fantasy that Joe Biden is a competent president.

Jason Hill is a strange hybrid. I don’t know what to make of him. He seems to be heavily influenced by Ayn Rand and Objectivism but he also seems to be religious. You can not combine the two, you can not combine Objectivism and Christianity, it’s simply impossible as impossible as squaring the circle.
Perhaps one day soon FPM will reach out to a consistent Objectivist like Craig Biddle or Michael J. Hurd and publish articles from a consistent Objectivist perspective?
