Uber-racist.
Diversity. Equity. Inclusion. 3 words that just mean loving or hating people on account of their race.
Every time conservatives make this argument, Democrats and their media deny the obvious, before pivoting back to the same racist sewer of critical race theory.
And here’s the media justifying the suspension of Uber’s diversity boss for not hating white people enough.
Uber has placed its longtime head of diversity, equity and inclusion on leave after workers complained that an employee event she moderated, titled “Don’t Call Me Karen,” was insensitive to people of color.
Not insensitive to white people, insensitive to those ‘people of color’ who hate white people.
Dara Khosrowshahi, Uber’s chief executive, and Nikki Krishnamurthy, the chief people officer, last week asked Bo Young Lee, the head of diversity, “to step back and take a leave of absence while we determine next steps,” according to an email on Thursday from Ms. Krishnamurthy to some employees that was viewed by The New York Times.
The next step would be to apologize profusely for being insufficiently racist, promising to do better and making way for a black woman who will pledge to be 100% racist all the time toward white people.
Employees’ concerns centered on a pair of events, one last month and another last Wednesday, that were billed as “diving into the spectrum of the American white woman’s experience” and hearing from white women who work at Uber, with a focus on “the ‘Karen’ persona.” They were intended to be an “open and honest conversation about race,” according to the invitation.
But workers instead felt that they were being lectured on the difficulties experienced by white women and why “Karen” was a derogatory term and that Ms. Lee was dismissive of their concerns, according to messages sent on Slack, a workplace messaging tool, that were viewed by The Times…
Employees felt the event organizers were minimizing racism and the harm white people can inflict on people of color by focusing on how “Karen” is a hurtful word, according to the messages and an employee who attended the events.
Addressing any kind of racism toward white people… is racist.
Employees greeted the news that Ms. Lee was stepping away as a sign that Uber’s leadership was taking their complaints seriously.
One employee wrote that the company’s executives “have heard us, they know we are hurting, and they want to understand what all happened too.”
This is classic racist crybullying.
As much as I dislike the entire vile diversity industry, the pace of leftist extremism is such that the new wave of extremism is quickly overtaking a generation of DEI professionals. Any decent impulse they have toward pushing anything other than uncut pure racist hate will immediately turn into one of those ghoulish Maoist sessions in which people are purged for being insufficiently hateful.
The black director of diversity, equity and inclusion at a California college was fired after being denied tenure when a board member accused her of disrespecting Black Lives Matter co-founder Alicia Garza.
Dr. Tabia Lee began working at De Anza College, located just outside of San Jose, in August 2021. Since then, she has objected being forced to join a ‘socialist network’ and had to fight to bring a ‘Jewish inclusion’ event to the school, according Inside Higher Ed.
Lee, a graduate of the University of Phoenix with a doctorate from the University of California Irvine, was also branded a supporter of white supremacy and accused of ‘whitesplaining’ and ‘white speaking.’
It’s not about race, it’s about weaponizing race to maximize racial hostility and division. Anyone who stands in the way of that will be purged.

Reminded me of what seemed like a similar dynamic occurring within the Bolsheviks during Stalin’s rise to power after Lenin’s death.

And not unlike the terrible “Red Guard” time in mainland China.

Right, seems to be inherent within that kind of system.

There are so many historical precedents for this kind of thing, all presaging a violent and awful future.
There are so many dash cam videos of interracial violence between Uber and Lyft drivers and their passengers. Guess the race of the overwhelming majority of the attackers.

Are we at peak insanity yet? Just askin’.

“Karen”– is a somewhat common Jewish woman’s name; it means “ray of light” in Hebrew. Of course racist blacks would appropriate and turn it into an epithet. We almost named our daughter Karen; it was best that we didn’t, I guess. Still, LaWhatever is a by-word for crude and stupid in my mind.
Jeff Bargholz says
“Ray of light.” That’s nice.
My name means “pledge of peace.” My middle name “Reid” means red headed (I’m not) and “Bargholz” means “hill in the forest.”
I got lucky, I guess. Imagine being a guy named “Grossman” or with the first name “Dick.”

“…felt that they were being lectured on the difficulties experienced by white women… and that Ms. Lee was dismissive of their concerns…” – Ha ha! Lecture, isn’t that exactly what leftists do when they say they want to have a discussion about something? Cue up the lecture on “black fragility.” I mean, one must be pretty fragile to have to invent “micro-aggressions,” to get upset over.

Wonder if she really meant “Don’t call me Korean”.
