None of the “kids in cages” stuff. Just kids being abused by illegal aliens.

The Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office on Wednesday defended its decision not to seek bail for an illegal immigrant charged with raping a 13-year-old girl when he was 19, saying that the two allegedly “had a sexual relationship.”

“The case was reported by the girl’s mother, alleging that her daughter had a sexual relationship with an older teenager, which constituted statutory rape,” a spokesman for Brooklyn DA Eric Gonzalez said.

“Accordingly, we did not request bail for this non-violent felony that allegedly took place a year and a half ago.”

Under “criminal justice reform”, sexually abusing a minor is considered non-violent.

Next time you hear more pro-crime lies about criminal justice reform only affecting non-violent felonies, consider what that really means.

US Immigration and Customs Enforcement had also placed a detainer order on Ajqui-Ajtzalam, but the city didn’t comply due to its “sanctuary city” policy, according to the federal agency.

ICE agents finally took him into custody Monday, but blasted the decision to release Ajqui-Ajtzalam as “inconceivable.”

The perp is supposedly 19, but considering that he came here as an unaccompanied minor, age may be theoretical. 

Ajqui-Ajtzalam was initially encountered by U.S. Border Patrol (USBP) on Sept. 23, 2016 after illegally entering the U.S. without inspection. Ajqui-Ajtzalam was processed as an unaccompanied alien child (UAC), issued a Notice to Appear, and was released from ICE custody on Nov. 4, 2016 on an Order of Recognizance (OREC) pending removal proceedings.

And he’s been here ever since the Obama administration decided to process these “children”.

Do we actually know how old he is? Who knows. He claimed to be 16 years old at the time. He may have been older, which would make him much older still now. But we wouldn’t want to keep children like this in cages. Better that they abuse children here instead.
