Wrapping up his NATO trip in Helsinki, Finland, President Biden put on yet another disturbing public display of unwanted physical attention toward a minor, this time toward a little girl in her mother’s arms in the crowd. Video captured the rightly frightened toddler turning her face away as Biden moves in for some nuzzling.
