We surely have alot of sadistic evil people who are just like him in the world today. This world is in need of people who are humane, rational, and compassionate. What a mess because of lack of God in our society.

Islam is unapologetically cruel just as they always were throughout the ages.
Modern man is the same as they always were, except now they disguise their hypocrisy in wearing fancy suits.
At least with Islam we know what we can expect.
