Is police defunding out after Democrats widely blamed the issue for their losses in local races? Maybe not.
Journalist: “But he [Warnock] is on our side for defunding these suckers in blue, these police? He’s on our side on that?”
Sasha Williams: “Absolutely! Absolutely!”
Director of Small Business Engagement Sasha Williams and Campaign Finance Assistant Derrick Bhole working for Warnock’s Senate campaign are the latest Democrat staffers to be stung by Project Veritas Action.
It’s not as if Republicans have a shortage of material or opposition research on Warnock. The problem for the GOP has been getting it out there and past the media.
Warnock has said enough damning things on his own, but there’s enough from his campaign people here to circle right back to the issue that so many Dems blamed for the beating they took in local elections.
There’s a tip of the hat to ACAB.
“He avoids using defunding the police…in reality his whole platform is along the lines of the same people saying defund the police”
And the usual “we mean it, just don’t say it.”
“So he avoids using defund the police because he knows that Republicans are going to try to grab onto it and attack, right? But in reality, his whole platform with police reform is along the lines of the same people who are saying defund the police,”
That last one comes from Bhole.
Why let skyrocketing murder rates stop you from backing police defunding. It’s bound to work if you just change the name.
