The video came out as part of the sentencing phase of Amer Alhaggagi, a California Muslim whose possible terror plots included poison, bombs and setting fires. The usual excuses have been made for Amer (he didn’t mean it, he was entrapped) with the defense actually arguing that when he put an LOL next to a murderous proposal, it meant that he wasn’t seriously thinking about it.
