More of the anti-Semitism the media isn’t interested in talking about. This is the second Car Jihad attack on Jews this year. Islamic anti-Semitism continues to manifest itself around the country and it’s driven by Islamic migration.
Authorities in Los Angeles have arrested a man suspected of attempting to run down Orthodox Jews outside of a synagogue during the Sabbath.
The incident occurred at approximately 9:30 p.m. Friday night near a synagogue in the Hancock Park neighborhood near La Brea and Oakwood avenues, in an area with a large Jewish population.
Witnesses say the driver suddenly swerved over towards a group of Orthodox Jews on the sidewalk, narrowly missing them.
After the car missed the pedestrians, the driver pulled around in a U-turn and tried to run down the would-be victims a second time.
When he missed them a second time, the driver struck a traffic sign. He then exited the vehicle, started screaming obscenities and anti-Semitic curses.
The pedestrians targeted in the apparent ramming attempt say the driver appeared to be of Middle Eastern origin, and had a Koran on his dashboard.
Following a complaint to the Los Angeles Police Department, authorities opened an investigation into the incident, and over the weekend identified the suspect as 32-year-old Mohamed Mohamed.
This is the second such Islamic anti-Semitic attack in two months. It’s starting to look like a trend.
Police say a livery driver beat a 62-year-old man as he walked to synagogue on Sunday morning in Brooklyn.
Physically and emotionally scarred, Lipa Schwartz described the frightening moment he was attacked in broad daylight in the middle of the street in Borough Park.
“All of a sudden ‘boom!’ I tried to protect myself, run away. I fell. He come again on me,” said Schwartz.
Schwartz was on his way to service, which he attends every day, when he said the driver jumped out of his cab and started attacking him. The savage beating happened on 13th Ave by 46th Street. The victim’s holy items were scattered on the ground.
Another member of the Hasidic community tried to help – the attacker then chased after him.
An arrest was made quickly on the scene. Eyewitness News is told Farrukh Afzal from Staten Island drove for a car service in Brooklyn, and has been arrested numerous times.
Schwartz says Afzal yelled ‘Allah’ during the assault.
Not the anti-Semitism we’re meant to be talking about. Don’t look at the pattern. It’s too politically incorrect.
