Biden just announced that he’s running for a second term on a ‘freedom’ agenda. What does freedom look like? Aborting, grooming and mutilating kids.
That’s why the Biden regime is suing Tennessee over the Protecting Children from Gender Mutilation Act.
The media avoids using the actual name of the bill, much as they invented and insisted on using the ‘Don’t Say Gay’ bill to slur a Florida measure protecting kids against being groomed in schools.
What the bill does should not be controversial.
As CBN News reported late last month, the new law puts several measures into place. It forbids transgender surgeries on minors and prohibits doctors from prescribing puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones to anyone under the age of 18.
Biden, who defended mutilating minors, claiming that failing to mutilate children is “immoral” is mad and his racist DOJ appointee is suing the state.
The Justice Department today filed a complaint challenging Tennessee Senate Bill 1 (SB 1), a recently enacted law that denies necessary medical care to youth based solely on who they are. The complaint alleges that SB 1’s ban on providing certain medically necessary care to transgender minors violates the Fourteenth Amendment’s Equal Protection Clause.
The Fourteenth Amendment was passed to protect the rights of freed slaves, not to mutilate children.
“No person should be denied access to necessary medical care just because of their transgender status,” said Assistant Attorney General Kristen Clarke of the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division.
No one is being denied medical care. There is a ban on performing medical experiments that are not treating a medical condition, but an alleged psychological condition, whose outcome is even higher suicide rates.
Clarke can’t define a woman or transgender and yet wants to go to court to argue that children are being discriminated against by not being mutilated when the purpose of that mutilation is to render them transgender. That’s putting the cart before the horse.
Why does the White House hate the Protecting Children from Gender Mutilation Act? Because it prevents them from destroying more children’s lives with their wholly political medical experimentation that seeks to create a new manufactured minority group.

“Transitioning” is just a step towards outright legalization and acceptance of pedophelia. If children can determine the gender they want to be, they’re certainly mature enough to decide to have sexual relations with a kind caring helpful adult, such as a teacher, councilor, or guy with a van and some chocolate.
An aside, but in California, if you kill a 6 month old, there’s a good chance you’ll be charged with a misdemeanor.

There’s another aspect to that, which I haven’t seen or heard considered. Puberty blockers to some extent prevent children from developing into adults. Despite what the left says, they aren’t reversible. Once you’re past it, you don’t get a second shot at puberty. Such a person’s bones are very similar to those of a person with bone disease.
An undeveloped or less developed adult would be in a pedo’s interest. An adult, able to give consent, with physical aspects of a child. It’s just another way for them to prey on children, to keep them children.

Thanks Cowboy. That’s kinda what I meant by a new twist on Moloch. Converting kids into a kind of living dead, never able to be normal adults.

I agree. Legal pedophilia is the next step for those sickos.

Ah, black supremacist and anti-Semite Kristen Clarke. Just the person to head the DOJ’s Civil Rights Division. The gift that keeps on giving.

Why should they be forced to kill uncounted unborn over all this false notion and the false Pope remains silent

“…law that denies necessary medical care to youth based solely on who they are…”
The law applies to all minors, so it’s not at all based on who they are.
