After a series of Muslim mass stabbings, Germany responded with ‘weapons-free zones’. These are akin to ‘gun-free zones’ in America, but they also ban knives and mace.
In today’s FPM+ article, ‘Germany Tried to Fight Jihad With ‘Knife-Free Zones’, (paywalled) I describe the absurdity of the efforts at ‘knife-control’
“Germany already had some of the tightest ‘knife control’ laws in the world. Pocket knives over 1.5 inches had to be carried in “locked containers” in public and “stored safely within the home”. The new laws would however also limit the size of kitchen knives and other ‘work’ knives carried in public to 2 inches which would not even qualify as a paring knife.”
Banning knives didn’t stop Muslim mass stabbing attacks. There was one on New Year’s Eve.
But the effect of banning mace, pepper spray, etc was to actually prevent women from defending themselves and from stopping Muslim terrorists.
On New Year’s Eve, a Syrian Muslim man stole two knives from a nearby supermarket and then severely stabbed a 69-year-old man and attacked a younger man. A woman carrying mace that would be illegal in a ‘weapons-free zone’ finally drove the Syrian Muslim away.
Banning weapons doesn’t stop the perpetrators, it only ties the hands of their victims.

Yes, just like gun control laws in Democrat cities in America, designed not to reduce crime but to increase crime by protecting the criminals from their innocent targets. Soros DAs will let the real criminals go but prosecute you to the fullest extent possible if you dare defend yourself. In Germany, as in England, the real problem and the real criminals(according to the government) are the natives going on social media to complain about getting raped and killed.
Get real Germans, vote for an. equivalent of our 2nd amendment to the constitution or get killed by the invading hordes. The concept is simple; the right to self defense is a God given right, not a right subject to regulation by any government or religion.
Banning maze and pepper spray is just nuts. I’ve never heard of a Jihadi attacker waving a pepper spray, shouting Allah Akbar.
Doesn’t the German Gov. realize maze and pepper spray are strictly defensive?
The only thing the German leaders care about is being called “RACISTS”, which they WOULD be if they even made an effort to control crime by the Muslim Immigrants . Of course, they would also be called NAZIS, the perennial slur leveled against every generation of Germans since WW2. The same is true in the UK where Muslim crimes are rampant and their VICTIMS are punished for RACISM against the Muslim perpetrators. The “Grooming Gang” scandal is an obvious crime that has been allowed to continue openly and unimpeded for years! And just today, the British Parliament has Voted Down having a real Investigation into this crime that has ruined the lives of tens of thousands of very young White girls and their families in Britain. Yet our own Press is acting like they knew nothing about these Gangs of Pakistani Men. Of course they knew!!! just like they knew all about Joe Biden’s total unfitness for the Presidency and are playing dumb now. The only things banned in Germany and UK are common decency and COURAGE. Both are locked up in Solitary Confinement with Tommy Robinson, a truly great man, who spoke out loudly in support of these traumatized girls and now rots in prison. But sadly, Tommy didn’t go to Oxford, did he? But where is Prince William? King Charles? How about Harry with his big mouth? Surely they could support their own Constituents??? Yes, there’s a law they can’t interfere in political matters, but how about they stand up and fight, fight, fight? Make your Grandmother proud, Will ! For God’s sake, she drove an Ambulance in WW2 when she was young! Someday your own daughter may ask you what YOU did to help….you have one life Will, make it count.
I refuse to permit a corrupt government, and anyone for that matter, to inhibit or limit my ability to protect myself; especially a government that encourages and enables the illegal immigration of those committing the vast majority of those assaults.
Yeah, banning mace. That’ll surely cure “the problem.”
Banning weapons like Guns Knives and Mace just Benifits the Crinimals who dont abide by the law in the first place they really need to start punishing Crinimals like with longer time in prison and deporting all violent Migrants and banning all imagration from violent prone Nations
I have a couple of suggestions:
Carry ceramic or composite material: punch knives and pencils. They cannot be detected by metal detectors. The pencils and pens are nearly exactly like the real think. Do not forget the collapsible hairbrush knife either
Problem is if you defended yourself with one of those, the German authorities would arrest you for having them and let your attacker go free.
I’d have a two word answer to the Krauts: “Fuck You”
Analysis of the logic of gun control: gun control is marketed as crime fighting. But it results in citizens being helpless to resist their government. Then crime becomes even worse due to incompetent government and incompetent politicians. Government has little incentive to protect citizens not in the government.
This is what you get from Diversity and Open Borders
A “gun/knife/weapon free zone” becomes an advertisement for criminals who don’t obey laws anyway, that they are fairly safe to do as they please without worry of victims defending themselves.
Criminals aren’t dumb, they look for “gun free zones” and scout to find where the police are, and then attack in other areas.
Why can’t the Government figure this out?
