Here’s the roadmap for what just happened in Gaza with the aid deliveries.
Israel wanted to take out Hamas terrorists who claimed to be escorting aid. Biden barred Israel from doing that unless Israel handled the aid distribution itself.
Biden administration officials raised their concerns with their Israeli counterparts and asked that Israel stop targeting the Hamas civilian police as long there is no alternative that could provide security to the aid trucks, Israeli and U.S. officials said.
The IDF tried to distribute the aid and Hamas staged an attack, at one food delivery, and a riot at another in order to be able to maintain control over aid. The two incidents are unlikely to be a coincidence. Which means they were the work of Hamas.
There was no massacre of Palestinians in Gaza today.
You’ll be hearing that there was. It’s propaganda. Palestinians trampled each other as they fought for the aid that the IDF sent in knowing that Hamas was going to steal it like they have stolen all aid.

Now Israel is once again under fire, accused of a massacre, and Hamas is in a position to retain control over aid.
The media is carefully not providing any of the relevant context such as why Israel was there distributing aid.
And the question that no one is asking is why Hamas was so bent on maintaining control over aid deliveries?
The answer is that Hamas, like most Islamic terror groups, wants two things from humanitarian aid.
1. It uses the aid as currency, to reward supporters and then to resell for profit.
2. It uses the denial of aid to create a humanitarian crisis that it blames on Israel
It’s hard to say which of these is more valuable, but in the latest incident, we see both prongs at the same time.
Hamas needs to retain control over aid because it can use the supplies to buy loyalty and reward its terrorists, and because denying aid to civilians put political pressure on Israel to stop attacking Hamas.
Algorithmic Analyst says
Only allow aid by air drop. Should be possible to feed the population that way.
NAVY ET1 says
It’ll never happen AA because your idea makes too much sense. Hamas wants control for the very reason seen in the picture above, as does the Biden administration. Images of panic are worth far more than a thousand words in the Palestinian sympathy column. The Arab League called for a no-fly zone over Gaza last Sunday, and while IDF aircraft were probably their primary “target”, humanitarian drops must’ve crossed their minds as well.
Raymond in DC says
Jordan conducted a couple of such air drops recently. One was over the wrong part of Gaza, and the packages landed in the water off Gaza’s beach. The second was picked up by strong winds and ended up in Israel.
Kasandra says
The U.S. is planning to do just that. Of course, Hamas will commandeer the aid as soon as it hits the ground.
But who cares? Our delusions are much more important and, besides, there are still votes to grovel for in Dearborn.
mj says
‘Hamas civilian police’??
Really? Is that sarcasm?
So, ‘civilians‘, ‘policed‘ by Hamas, must remain in Gaza and not be ‘displaced’ to safety, so that ‘humanitarian‘ aid that they wouldn’t need if they were ‘displaced‘, can then be used for the very
un-humanitarian purpose of killing their own and blaming it on Israel.

I have a bone to pick with those who claim prejudice is a bad thing. Prejudging someone or something based on consistent past performance is just common sense. This is at work in the old saying: Falsus in uno, falsus in omnibus. This principle is applied in evaluating witness testimony in some courts of law.
As a consequence, in my dotage, I hold the view that certain news sources and certain organizations should be disbelieved, absent objective proof that they have – even if inadvertently – uttered a truth. Among such sources of falsehood I include CNN, BBC, Hamas, Hizb’Allah, the Muslim Brotherhood, MSNBC, every person serving in the current US Executive Branch, and the vast majority of Senators and Representatives in the US Congress.
Past performance may not indicate future outcomes, but it sure is a good place to start.
Kasandra says
AP has been especially virulent in pushing the narrative that Israel massacred over 100 civilians. It is as worthless as a bent Richard.
Chaya says
The solution is to not do anything the US asks or influences Israel to do. All of it is a set up. Then all the anti-Semite social media idiots can repost the accusation. It’s getting old.
Furthermore, if the US wants aid to Hamas and its 80% supporters in Gaza, let them drop it or bring it.
This isn’t Israel’s role or business. I don’t see aid from enemies going to Israeli’s who cannot go back to their homes. Of course not. And no one questions the disparity.

Hamas is the real enemy and the UN follows in fact the UN is the leader of this Global Invasion or America

It’s simple. Control the food and you control the people.
BLSinSC says
Where are those fantastic PEACE KEEPERS of the UN? You’d think with all the raping going on they would be there in a flash!
The ONLY solution is for Israel to request GAZANS to supply the GUARDS ! Let those who are STARVING man the gates and the guns to protect the distribution! If that doesn’t work then take the aid to one of the huge bombed out sections and dump it – first come first serve! Oh, and have SNIPERS ready to take out the hamasses!

Yes. What gets me is not the anti-Semites …
… it is the willful ignorance on “our” side.
This whole Big Lie was spewing for hours … without any push back from anyone until the IDF released their drone footage … which btw raises all sorts of other questions – like what genius thought it was good idea to drive into the hornets’ nest in the dark?
Anyway … no MSM outlet – not even Faux ran anything to repel the narrative.
What does that make? Dozens of fake stories v. none. So far, we have one friendly fire episode involving three hostages, and one unconfirmed screw up on the West Bank versus fake hospital bombings, fake church bombings, fake dead kids, pictures of Turks killed in last years’ earthquakes, and on and on and on. …
When will “our” side begin to demand receipts before believing the nonsense coming out of Gaza? ….
CowboyUp says
Why is Israel feeding the enemy? Misguided human decency, that costs the lives of friend and foe alike in the long run. The terrorists must be defeated so decisively that they’ll kill any of their own who try to attack Israelis in the future, out of self-interest alone
