As we already saw with the school board protests and abortion clinics, letters like these are coordinated with Biden’s DOJ, which use pressure groups to create an artificial ‘push’ to get the DOJ to crack down on political opponents.
The political opponents of the moment are critics of sexually mutilating children in the name of identity politics.
Rep. Ayanna Pressley, Rashida Tlaib, Andre Carson and dozens of other Democrats sent the latest hate letter warning that “when popular accounts share unfounded and hurtful claims about these institutions, millions of followers are instigated to send hostile messages and threaten hospital staff” and “platforms like Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Shopify, and others have been slow to act to limit the spread of threats and harmful misinformation from these accounts”.
Big Tech platforms are overeager, if anything, to take down anything deemed hate speech.
What the House totalitarians are complaining about is that the political censorship isn’t comprehensive enough for their taste.
The letter asks the DOJ how it’s “coordinating with other agencies, including the Department of Health and Human Services, to safeguard America from further threats against children’s hospitals or any institution targeted specifically due to associations, real or perceived, with LGBTQ+ individuals?”
The law against anyone making violent threats is clear enough. And these issues are taking place in super-blue areas with very woke local authorities. This is about broad national censorship of a debate about sexually mutilating children that is now gaining steam.
Asking the DOJ to address speech is a First Amendment violation. A violation that has become all too routine.
This is an unbconstituitional assault on freedom of speech
It is, of course, just as you say. But these people are essentially communists who hate our Constitution and have no regard for any freedom of speech except their own.

“… Share unfounded and hurtful claims, about these institutions” is when people share screenshots of the institution’s web pages and accurately quote their officials on the sick sh*t they say and do. The meanest, most underhanded thing you can do is accurately quote a leftist, when they’re speaking to fellow leftists.
Errant speech and writings cannot be prosecuted because these are protected symptoms of damage inflicted by criminal thoughts.
The afflicted are victims, and are entitled to sequestration, whether they like it or not, till their recovery. We wish them well.
The fiends here are the ones creating these threats. If you see anyone with a furrowed brow, become suspicious. If they aren’t babbling to themselves incoherently, if they are reading printed material, not subject to electronic monitoring and revision, and especially, if they are writing, in particular using that ancient method where the pen point remains upon the parchment until the word is complete, call the FBI immediately.

Amazing how quickly “their democracy” becomes their dictatorship & they weaponize our government against the people who have different ideas. We once called that sort of government fascist.
You should also take not of how this is morphing into the government taking ownership away from parents and dictating how children should be taught &raised.
When dd teachers receive the education & credentials to diagnose & prescribe that children be permanently sterilized & mutilated? Can they now prescribe that these children can smoke, drink & drive as well?
These weak-a$$ed arguments would be laughable if they were not backed by government employees & agencies. It is past time that we ceased to listen to silly arguments & paid more attention to logic, reason & reality. They are perilously close to taking full control of us & our Nation. One False Flag assassination & declaration of Martial Law is all it could take to set the US military on citizens declared to be “insurrectionists” for attempting to restore their Republic.

Good point, actually. Thinking about it, I don’t think any credentials are adequate to make such a decision.
They aren’t perilously close to taking full control of us and our nation. That is done, completed, and over. There’s no stopping them now. The final nail in the coffin comes December 13 as the surveillance dollar is operationalized on that day.
