During the initial reaction to the Boston bombings there were some comparisons made to the Times Square bomber, now it appears that Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev wanted to finish what he started.
The surviving suspect in the Boston Marathon attack has told investigators that he and his brother intended to detonate the rest of their arsenal — as many as six bombs — in Times Square, authorities said Thursday. The suspect, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, initially told investigators that the brothers planned to go to New York to party after the Boston attack, but said under subsequent questioning that the brothers discussed a follow-up attack in New York, authorities said. Kelly said Tsarnaev, who has been hospitalized since he was captured last Friday, revealed the New York plot under a second round of questioning by investigators. Kelly said Tsarnaev was more lucid in the second questioning and was speaking. Initially, he communicated with investigators mostly by moving his head and by writing.
We might have learned even more, but then the protector of Muslim terrorists, Attorney General Eric Holder stepped in to put a stop to these national security shenanigans. Holder was probably hoping that Dzhokhar Tsarnaev might be willing to menacingly hang around some polling places next election. The Times Square bomber failed, but he provided encouragement for the next attack. The Boston Marathon massacre has done the same thing. And as Muslim immigration continues, the number of terrorists capable of carrying on their work also increases.
