New York’s Gov. Hochul is writing her own sequel as her state is overrun by illegal alien migrants whom Biden decided to welcome across an open border.
Hochul can’t blame Biden. So she’s blaming Republicans.
New York Gov. Kathy Hochul announced Monday she called National Guard reinforcements to address the ongoing migrant crisis in the state.
With the addition of 150 members, a total of 2,200 members will be working to solve the crisis. 250 will focus on addressing “case management” while others will begin surveying migrants to determine whether they applied for asylum and if they can gain expedited work permits.
Remember when the Japanese bombed Pearl Harbor and FDR called up the military to survey the pilots and find out if they have work permits?
The National Guard doesn’t exist to provide case management for the invaders.
In a press conference Monday in Manhattan, Hochul blamed Republicans, not Democratic leadership, for the issue.
Republicans in Washington have failed time and time again to just roll up their sleeves, work with Democrats, work with the president and have real meaningful immigration reform,” she said.
How many times did Cuomo have to call up the National Guard to deal with migrant invasions when Republicans were in office?
Immigration reform just means open borders and amnesty for illegal aliens. New York is living under ‘immigration reform’. How does Hochul like it?
The migrants, Hochul said, “did not come all these thousands of miles just to live in a shelter with hundreds of thousands of others,” adding that some “may be looking for a bus ticket to another state and not know where to go.”
Oh, they know where to go. A sanctuary state whose insane laws require them to be taken in.
This is your state. This is your state on ‘immigration reform’.
Using the National Guard to do office work, bureaucratic work.
In the 1866 Civil Rights act, the president could use the militia to enforce rights secured to all citizens as democrats were still violating the rights of negroes.
Remember, the Nat. Guard in NOT the MILITIA as changing anything in the Constitution requires a constitutional amendment by all the states.
A “natural born citizen” requires TWO AMERICAN parents in good standing and “militia” is composed of armed citizens and the National Guard is a federal reserve organization.
I did not believe any installed NYS governor could be worse and even more tyrannical than A. Cuomo. At least the Cuomos were openly self serving and in the “voters'” faces about it. But along comes K. Hochul, a leftist tool of the WEF and not a very bright one.
I watched a recent segment on a news commentary show where an illegal (speaking better English than I can Spanish) upon entry to the US asked the border patrol agent, “Is it OK for me to go to New York or Chicago?”
“You can go wherever you want.”, the agent replied. As is the case in everything else she’s said or done while in office, New York’s Gov. Kathy Hochul is wrong again. Sanctimonious virtue-signalling has a way of coming back to bite liberals in the ass.
So, just for grins and giggles, let’s say the (R)s decided to vote and allow every one of the illegal invaders to become American citizens. What then? Do the Dems believe that suddenly they will all be employed and paying taxes and rent with no need for the healthcare or education services that are bankrupting them today? Hochul and the rest are literally stupid, unserious individuals when they try and pass the buck to the (R)s on this issue. Just one small step in logic proves it.
Then they can be signed up as welfare voters. The kind the Dems depend on. And NY will raise property taxes on homeowners to pay to ‘educate’ and ‘feed’ all their kids
Yeah, another one of my pet peeves. Homeowners are just sheep to be sheared by property taxes.
I just got my first city property tax bill. I should have sold and moved further out to a Republican run County before ’21. Now I’m stuck here for a while to be sheared..
Comedian Flip Wilson (1933-1998) had a church-mocking joke routine where in character as a jackleg preacher, Rev. Leroy, Flip refused to own up to his own sin, chortling “the devil made me do it.” By blaming Republicans for the invasion of America by illegal aliens, that invasion-abetting Democ-rat who’s the governor of New York sounds like a deacon in Rev. Leroy’s Church of What’s Happening Now.
Having alienated most of the working class with their insane and destructive parties, and having imported perhaps 35-40 million people mostly without language or working skills and who will need life-long support from the nanny state (and thus the Santa Clause Party) the Dems want “comprehensive immigration reform ” which means making them citizens who can legally vote. (Not that this citizenship thing ever matter much to them. During the Bush administration I personally witnessed a member of future Sec. of Labor and DNC Chairmn Tom Perez’s “Casa de Maryland” group register a woman to vote who was telling the registrar she was an illegal alien. The registrar told her “That’s between you and the (Maryland) Secretary of State,” and registered her. In any case, Biden and his Party are not admitting these people out of the kindness of their hearts.
When did they find this Pinhead anyway in the nuthouse or was they squatting on a toadstool?
The governor’s statement blaming the Republican for the border problem is just an indication of the ignorant so many elected official possess. Its no wonder a country the size of the United States cannot be govern properly. There are so many lies coming from them, that the average individual cannot keep up with it.
I feel sorry for the little kids growing up in America today.
