In one of the most unusual elections in the last hundred years, former President Donald J. Trump battled through two assassination attempts, countless character assassinations, government investigations, foreign election interference and a last-minute opponent swap to become the 47th president of the United States.
After an election day and night that saw him win record numbers of youth and minority voters, he clinched an election victory in Pennsylvania that will carry him to the White House.
Foreseeing exactly this eventuality, panicked Democrats had forced out President Joe Biden and replaced him with Vice President Kamala Harris. But Harris struggled to define herself and her election results underperformed and lagged Biden. While Trump broke records, Kamala broke other kinds of records, pulling in record lows in even solid blue states like New Jersey.
As the results came in, Kamala refused to address supporters who had been waiting for her for eight hours and instead sent out a messenger telling them to leave. Her dreams of becoming president have been dashed and while she campaigned on a promise to make history, history was made without her.
Somewhere in that addled head, she must be…RELIEVED.

It is my ardent hope that Trump can pull together the Rino section of the house and senate to clean up the deep state. Let Musk help him do what he did for twitter, fire 80% of DC and then hire them back as needed till we get to about 30% of what we have now. Why am I talking to a person about SS, Medicare or other agencies when the perfect use case for ai is eliminating the paper pushers making $150,000 a year and let me talk to a computer that can answer my questions. Outstanding Victory. The Trump campaign earned every vote. They traveled the country, interracting with voters, and presenting facts and truth. Speaking of the “wheels of justice,” Trump should fire (with prejudice) every FBI agent and supervisor who participated in violating his house and rooting routing though his wife”s underwear drawer. This is not law enforcement, it’s far, far worse.
He should have them dragged out of their homes in their underwear in the wee hours of the morning and taken straight to jail. And alert the media.

As I drove my kids to school in a light falling snow this morning, we spoke about the election and the stages of grief. My kids know all about this. During the night, and maybe a bit today there has been some denial. The refusal to actually call the election for Trump long after it was apparent is just mean-spirited denial.
I told them today, and maybe for several days there might be some bargaining as the Donks try to find ballots and discover votes. Then the anger will come. I doubt any of this will go anyplace, but as I explained to them, in the 2000 election the bargaining went on into December, if I recall right. The anger never stopped.
My kids have gotten a pretty solid education in civics from the ideal view in their schools. Now they are beginning to see practical politics. Soon they’ll see it as being as ridiculous as I view it. They will have grown up at that point.

Recall Hillary in advance of the 2020 election insisting that Biden not concede “under any circumstances”. Well, in the event he didn’t have to. Harris as of this writing has yet to concede. Are she and Elias looking for some way to invalidate some state results? Is she still conspiring with Raskin to refuse to certify Trump’s win based on a claim of insurrectionary behavior and the 14th Amendment? Or maybe she’s just a sore loser.
