This must be the “right side of history” that I keep hearing so much about.
Isaac Newman teaches social science in Elk Grove, California. Like most California public school teachers, he’s been forced to join a union.
But when Newman tried to run for a position on its executive board, he was told that his skin was the wrong color.
That board seat was reserved for ‘BIPOC’ people. Which is to say non-white people. Or more specifically, black, Indians, Latinos, Asians and Muslims.
“My union barred me from a leadership position simply because of the color of my skin,” Newman pointed out. “This kind of racial litmus test is illegal and unamerican that’s why I’m taking them to court.”
The union responded with a statement claiming that, “this appears to be a lawsuit backed by an outside extremist group to sow fear and division in our community. We haven’t seen the details; but our priority continues to be our students and community.”
Since the lawsuit has been made public, the details are out there. And if a teachers’ union has the students as its priority, that would make it the first such union in the nation. Perhaps the world.
Elk Grove, a little south of Sacramento. Both used to be conservative areas. Now Democrat areas.

That’s how to solve the Rubitz Cube of the Fabric of Life in the Fabric of Creation, And oh by the way, we are in a coup d’etat. We have to coup d’etat the coup d’etat to get things right. It’s not going to be pretty of pleasurable but it must be done.
Didn’t the SUPREME COURT sort of put the skids to all this Affirmative Action crap?? We need a SIMPLE RACE / SEX LAW “No decisions, treatments, appointments, or laws may be made based on RACE or SEX or SEXUAL PREFERENCE. The ONLY exception would be for a movie or theatrical play portraying a HISTORICAL person”! That simple and easily enforced! No one should get a job based on skin color nor should they be awarded a “position”! EVERYONE is considered EQUAL – if YOU have the ABILITY to PERFORM then YOU GET the JOB!!!
