After the 2020 election, a significant subset of election doomers insisted on clamoring in the comments that voting was futile. Useless. Accomplished nothing. Algorithms in machines would just automatically suppress their vote. No election could ever be won again. Ever!
(If you think I’m exaggerating, go back and read some of the comments we’ve gotten over the past few years.)
There were more sensible takes which were concerned with election fraud without telling people that there was no point in voting. But the black pill crowd was out there and while it’s hard to know how many votes they cost, probably in the thousands, if not in the tens of thousands. While they didn’t stop this election, they depressed turnout in the 2022 midterm election.
If the 2024 election proved nothing else, it’s that voting works. When there’s a ‘steal’ on, the thing to do is to outvote the steal and beat the margin of fraud.
Efforts at election integrity, especially in Pennsylvania, the home of some of the most shameless voter fraud this side of Tammany, proved especially important. While overall efforts fell fall short of what we need to properly secure elections (and I’m not even talking about voter ID), they certainly played a role.
Most importantly though, a landslide can’t be stopped. There is a margin of fraud. Always. But it’s not infinitely elastic.
You can beat fraud in multiple ways. Election integrity is one. Voting in the right voting officials is another. And out-voting the steal is something anyone can play a part in doing.
No more black pill election doomerism. We’re not at the mercy of a voting matrix that makes voting pointless. People can vote and they can win.

I worry that the Dems may use ballot harvesting to take back the house. Ballot harvesting works better in smaller districts like congressional districts.
Jeff Bargholz says
Yeah, we can bask in our victory and feel like big time winners but this victory was won against overwhelming odds. Cheaters will always cheat and cheaters usually win.
We won this one because we represent the overwhelming majority of NORMAL people in America but don’t think it’s going to happen every time around, because it won’t.
We need to consolidate our victory by destroying our left-wing enemies from Hell. Don’t let them crawl back out from under their rocks.
We’re the majority and it’s time we acted on that.
Madame DeFarge says
Ah, An optimist. Let’s keep whistling until after January 21. Then we can celebrate.
Daniel Greenfield says
We can celebrate when the left is dead. Meanwhile we can fight
Jeff Bargholz says
Good attitude. We have to fight where we can.
I’m not going to let those mother fuckers beat me.
Bern says
I’m not sure Kari Lake would agree. What is going on in AZ?
Jeff Bargholz says
Massive Maricopa County vote fraud, as usual.
cat says
Without the black pill, the lawyers who helped stop or mitigate the steal would never have happened. Only the Trump team would have bothered to address the steal. Massive media-backed vote fraud in 2020 and 2022 almost just destroyed our nation. We have one chance now to restore representation to the vey taxed citizens of the nation.
So, thanks to the Black pills for pointing out how serious this was and inspiring others to try to correct it.
Daniel Greenfield says
The people who address the fraud were not the black pillers. The black pillers just told us to give up.
It’s a good thing we didn’t
Jeff Bargholz says
Yes, fighting back is admirable. How I hate them. I was brought up innocent but that shit didn’t last.
Kynarion Hellenis says
Undoubtedly surrender can be cowardly or it can be wise and strategic (live to fight another day). I am definitely a black piller, but I am not even close to giving up.
And we should not give up until these leftists are destroyed. We have been living under their gods. They should be made to live under our God, in Whom alone there is salvation, peace and blessing. This will take at least twice the resolve the leftists have shown in their dedication to the “long march through the institutions.” Time and unwavering resolve.

During this election campaign, I got my up to the minute updates from Gateway Pundit. Based on their reports, Trump had a powerful legal team in every state pushing back against the cheat, with several judicial decisions going their way. If this was indeed the case, and I have very little reason to doubt Jim Hoft and his Gateway team, kudos to Trump!
Also, kudos to Trump for appearing to have learned a bitter lesson about his choices of people. Choosing J.D. Vance as his running mate was the highlight decision of a campaign filled with brilliant decisions. With Vance, the republican party is now the party of youth, and Vance has shown that he is a formidable debater, with an exceptional ability to think fast; he mopped the floor with several interviewers. It was fun to watch.
Perhaps I’m overly optimistic,: In 2028, J.D. Vance will be elected to the first of his two terms as president.
Mickorn says
This is new. Your side won the election. A free and fair election, and you are still claiming the other side cheated. Just in case. For next time.
God forbid anyone would admit to having made exaggerated claims about stolen election and voter fraud.
pie says
justice is not new. time to pay up. the dead require peaceful passage, with justice served.
K.F. Smith says
They tried. Virginia is one example. But Trump was ready with his legal team. He learned his lesson.
Now, take heed, We The People are going to teach the left a lesson. The next four years are going to be the worst years in all their lives. They deserve it. We are going to make them so miserable that their only remaining choice is to leave my country, or have their faces symbolically rubbed in their own feces.
After Trump, Vance for eight years.
It’s a new dawn. The left asked for it; ‘hell is coming to breakfast. “
Daniel Greenfield says
Or maybe we actually believe there’s fraud and it’s s not some convoluted game like the kinds your media plays
Jeff Bargholz says
The Minitru Media. No pretzel in history was as twisted as them.
Hell, just look at what’s going on in AZ, CA and WA with the vote counting. Texas did it in one night and that state is big as the sky.
Maricopa County and Pima are doing there damnedest to screw Kari Lake again. As if we’re supposed to believe Katie Slobbs is the real Governor. I lived in AZ for years and those people are so conservative that open carry is legal. Last time I checked, anyway.

Intrepid says
Poor little Brit wanker. Sucks to be you.
You aren’t from here so your whack opinions don’t really matter. Obviously you don’t or can’t read U.S. media either.
Simply because we won bigtime doesn’t mean there weren’t attempts at voter fraud.
Fortunately you are a simpleton.
Jeff Bargholz says
You scumbags cheated your best but we outnumber you by a large factor. We won the Electoral AND popular vote. That basically means your side sucks.

very fluffy. if you think the communist dems are done, your dreaming. if the fraud has no consequences, it will continue. a clear message must be sent and it must have life altering consequences. if anyone thinks the fraud is going to fix itself you suffer from cognitive dissonance. enable the lawfare to stamp out voter fraud with an open look at voter rolls. ditch the electronic, its proven compromised and paper ballot every election nationwide with voter id. the results will be known on election day with none of this 2 week wait, or overnight 3am voters. strict federal election integrity laws must be in place, with strict adherence and timely prosecutions. rule of law means nothing without timely prosecutions. if the judge and attorneys overseeing the justice cannot rule in a timely manner the judge gets an automatic 1 year stay, with no pay, no retirement, no benefits. stop entertaining the lawfare and read the law. three strikes law for the judges and your out. these omnipotent judges need to know they can be touched and must refrain from long drawn out cases that benefit their personal desires. juan merchan comes to mind. time for the case is based on amount of evidence and is set at start of trial.
Daniel Greenfield says
My point is not that everything is fine,or that there isn’t a lot of fraud, it’s that voting works
And we should not abandon elections.
pie says
agreed, voting works with huge oversight. seeing extended time results across the country for the house count. hope the fraud oversight is still in place for the house count, its no time to be complacent with known fraud (not that you are). thank you for your efforts.

i re-read my post. should have been more careful with the “you’s”. not directed at you, but more an overall sense of relief im not feeling. ptsd from last election, very disturbed with authority lost. apologies.
Daniel Greenfield says
Np problem, I get it
Jeff Bargholz says
We did luck out this time, that’;s for sure. Even with the no doubt MASSIVE D-Bag vote cheating, we still kicked their asses. Cast enough ballots and the cheaters can’t win.
I mailed in my ballot in on July 8th, or whenever I received it here in sunny California. Fuck those mother fuckers.

Gateway Pundit just posted an article reporting that the Feds have raided the home of Alfie Oakes, a well-known organic farmer and grocer in Florida. Apparently, they used a battering ram to open his door and then spent hours carrying boxes, computers, etc. out to their vehicles. Two nights ago he had a large election watch party at his store. He believes in healthy food. These are probably his crimes. These clowns have no intention of stopping and will do all the harm they can until Jan. 20th. It looks like they are going to punish their opponents severely for the next 2.5 months.

A foul DEI spirit has sliced and diced the electorate into invidious categories of identity groups, obliterating the melting pot ideal of a general good for individual people: “e pluribus unum” (out of many, one) has been turned on its head. But President Donald J. Trump has disrupted all of that with his broad appeal across every DEI demographic. With the probable exception of White House spokes-thing Karine Jean-Pierre, President Trump’s electoral appeal, I dare say, even extended to college educated Haitian immigrant lesbians past childbearing age.
Mark Conley says
Good observations. We out voted the fraud this time, but the election integrity mess is like cleaning out the Augean stables. We’ve still got a lot of work to do.
danknight says
Yes, black pill’ers … or ‘Giver Uppers’ as I’ve called them
May be responsible for millions of lost votes.
But, Daniel,
How many millions of votes were lost because of the White Pill’ers rarely (and in some cases NEVER) pointing to the efforts to curb election fraud and protect election integrity.
I’ve been donating to legal teams (allegedly) working for Trump and allies like True the Vote and Kari Lake and (recently) Tena Peters for the last four years,
but I am amazed at the number of folks on our side repeating the endless happy talk about getting off the couch and bringing your neighbors
without ever mentioning ANY effort to stop the fraud.
While I generally agree, the evidence for fraud is so obvious – even in this current election – that is VERY DISCOURAGING that so few take this issue seriously.
As an example of a good approach, e.g., not to put down you or anyone else, but to point to someone with a high profile that put it correctly: Dan Bongino.
Bongino gave the happy talk, pep talk, motivational speeches for the low-info voters on “our” side, but Bongino also acknowledged the fraud, and mentioned (occasionally) the actual activities and activists working for election integrity.
Too few said something. If we had, more of us would be supporting election integrity.
I get it. Most folks need the happy talk. It’s a fine line between getting the troops motivated and outright lying to them though.
I had to happy talk my own son and my mother. But that’s b/c they’re not news junkies and they have no idea that anyone was fighting for election integrity with success.
Obviously “Too Big to Rig” worked this time.
But I am alarmed by the comments of conservative semi-normies I’ve read suggesting that we’ve solved the election fraud problem. To me that’s just like the “we won, now let’s go fishing” attitude we had right after the 80, 84, and 88 elections.
The Dems are not going to let go. They still have power, money, influence, and the world on their side. We only have a majority, truth, righteousness, and sometimes G-d.
We have to keep fighting for election integrity if we’re going to be of any service to our cause.
